Our client, a reputable Recruitment Consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter with a specialization in Technology to join their team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania . This role is crucial for identifying and attracting top-tier technical talent to meet the demanding needs of their diverse client base. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the technology landscape, coupled with exceptional sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for technology roles, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with clients to understand their specific technology hiring requirements and organizational culture.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for various tech roles (e.g., software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure).
  • Utilize a variety of tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks, to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
  • Conduct thorough pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and acceptance.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of top technology talent for current and future opportunities.
  • Provide expert guidance and market insights to clients on talent availability and compensation trends.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Achieve and consistently meet or exceed recruitment performance metrics and client satisfaction goals.
The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on technology roles. Proven experience working within a recruitment agency or consultancy is highly preferred. Excellent understanding of various technology stacks and terminology is essential. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are required. Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools is a must.
