SUMMARY

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Functional Strategy & Roadmap

  • Project & Portfolio Management
    Manage CRM-related projects, prioritization, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and reporting. Ensure timely delivery of business initiatives within scope and budget. Budgeting and planning for future projects and resources.
  • Vendor & Partner Management
    Manage relationships with Microsoft and other CRM ecosystem vendors to ensure contract compliance, maximize value, and stay current with emerging features and capabilities.
  • Governance & Compliance
    Ensure CRM platform compliance with data protection, privacy regulations, cybersecurity standards, and internal Subaru IT policies. Maintaining SOX compliance, including managing the relationship with Internal Audit.
REQUIRED SKILLS & PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Demonstrated success leading technical and functional teams in CRM, customer engagement, or enterprise application environments.
  • Preferred: Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, configuration, security model, integrations, and reporting capabilities (Power BI, Power Platform).
  • Experience with customer service and case management modules; exposure to Connected Vehicle or telematics systems a plus
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage delivery from concept to adoption.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Technology Consultant** to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to technology-focused projects, including telecommunications, fiber optic construction, and geospatial design. You will work closely with senior consultants and project managers to support client needs and deliver innovative solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assist in project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating deliverables.
+ Support telecommunications and fiber optic construction projects, including network design and implementation.

+ Reporting to the Head of M&T Wealth Technology, the successful candidate will be a key member of the M&T Tech team; responsible for providing leadership and oversight concerning technology strategy, implementation, and production end-to-end.
+ The successful candidate needs to understand business functionalities and vendor ecosystem as it pertains to all aspects of asset and investment management: from order generation, to trading, client and performance reporting, investment analytics and planning. Experience with streamlining investment and reporting processes and the implementation of unified/separated managed accounts are a big advantage.
+ Because of the nature of the business, the resource will own and lead both, the development of inhouse built applications as well as the integration of vendor packages. We expect the successful candidate to research and assess viability of software vendors. Negotiate contracts. Hold vendors to their SLA. Improve integration patterns.
+ While we expect a significant portion of software is vendor provided, vendor software needs to be integrated and applications have to developed by the Investment Management Technology Team.
