**Job Description:**
This position is part of the Global HR Technology Team, with specific responsibility for supporting and advancing Arrow's usage of HR technology solutions. This position will be responsible for monitoring the intake and resolution of HR technology issues. Duties will include issue tracking, resolution, and documentation; process documentation and communication; and overseeing HR data integrity.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Facilitate the day to day administrative requirements of the various HR Systems (e.g. Workday, HR Connect and ). Activities to include maintenance of user profiles (systems access and security) and system tables (adds/changes/deletes). Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HR system upgrades or patches. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix.
+ Provide support for HR colleagues by researching and resolving HR System problems, unexpected results, or process flaws.
+ Perform scheduled data audits to identify and resolve data discrepancies and recommend solutions or alternate methods to avoid recurrence.
+ Perform mass data uploads into Workday utilizing EIB processes and maintaining EIB template library.
+ Write, maintain, and support a variety of documentation for HR Technology including business process workflows, user guides and knowledge articles.
+ Work with other internal resources to develop user procedures and guidelines and documentation.
+ Work with HR Technology Management to develop and ensure training materials are in place for new hires
**What We're Looking For:**
+ 1+ years working in an HR environment, using Workday.
+ Experience providing customer support to internal clients
+ Requires a bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a closely related field.
+ Aptitude for working with HRIS.
+ Experience working with Workday, HR Connect, Cornerstone, or SharePoint is an advantage, but not a requirement.
+ Experience using problem solving methodologies and structured process analysis.
+ Advanced level Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
+ Ability to handle multiple and varied priorities simultaneously and deliver within defined deadlines.
+ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
+ Highly effective in a team environment.

The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 140,000 to 214,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $115,143.26 /year in our lowest geographic market up to $165,143.26 /year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Dependent on the position offered, sign-on payments, relocation, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of full paid medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Seeking a broadly experienced system administrator to support a full range of technologies for a system. The system administrator will work with Microsoft Active Directory and a mix of Linux and Windows desktops and servers. The distribution of work is more towards Linux support than Windows, but both skillsets are required. The candidate will manage VMware where most systems are virtualized, as well as the network. The system administrator is the sole administrator for the system and functions as part of the mission's team (not corporate IT), but has access back to other system administrators in the organization as needed.
