The Opportunity:
During our 10-week, paid summer internship program, you will receive hands-on training, project-based assignments, and dedicated mentorship to support your development as an Information Technology professional in the financial services industry. You will learn new technologies and help improve existing tools and standards as we move to our new technology platforms.
Project based work may include:
- Build automated reports using a variety of Information Technology (IT) systems.
- Build templates/guidelines/standards for work intake and execution.
- Develop, review, and edit documentation on software development practices and standards.
- Develop or modify common code, integration, and security tools.
- Capture and document solution requirements.
- Contribute to programming specifications, logic flow charts and process diagrams.
- Test and debugs work.
- Assist with the support of infrastructure systems.

The Day-to-Day:

Your Qualifications:
- Attending an accredited university graduating between December 2026 and August 2027.
- Knowledge of MIS systems, including Service Now, Jira, or similar tools, CRM.

- Ability to relocate and attend in person for 10 weeks at Fisher Investment in Camas, WA or Plano, TX.
Additional qualifications may include:
- Knowledge of various programming languages (C#, .Net, SQL, DAX, etc.).
- Knowledge of reporting tools, such as Power BI.
- Knowledge of automation and test data management tools such as Test Complete Pro, NeoLoad, or GenRocket.

**About the Group:**
The Foundry Technology & Manufacturing (FTM) Group is responsible for the research, development, and deployment of next-generation silicon and packaging technologies that will enable Intel and Foundry customer products. The Design Technology Platform (DTP) organization is a global team supporting both technology and product development (internal and external). This includes design innovations driven through Design-Technology Co-Optimization (DTCO) to enable the technology to deliver the best Power, Performance, Area, and Cost (PPAC) and Design Ease-of-Use for new products, the development of test vehicles that support the technology and IP development process, and the development of the design technology platform that customers will use to design in Intel process technology nodes. The latter includes the development of Process Design Kits (PDKs), Foundational IP (FIP), and Foundry Reference Flows, which are high quality and easy to use for fast time-to-market for our products. This organization is an integral part of Intel's Foundry strategy, enabling both internal and external customers to use cutting-edge technologies.
**About the Role:**
Leads a global organization of over 1500 people that is responsible for the planning, execution, delivery, and support of all enablement needed by design teams, such as FIP, PDK Dev/QA, Technology Modeling, DTCO/PPA, Test Chips, and Design Technology Platform customer support. They will work closely with:
+ Technology development team on defining new technologies that deliver the best Power, Performance, Area, and Design Ease-of-Use.
+ EDA partners to develop & deliver the EDA tool and IP capabilities needed by our customers.
+ Foundry services team to support new customer product designs and ensure the design technology platform meets customer requirements.
This position requires strong analytical, project management, and business partnering and influencing skills. The candidate must have experience driving cross-organizational issues and projects to resolution, excellent written and oral communications skills, and a good understanding of Intel's highly complex products, technologies, and business strategies. The position requires strong business and technical acumen, disciplined process management, problem-solving skills, multitasking ability, and attention to quality and detail. They will operate in a fast-paced environment and requires a dynamic individual to succeed. The candidate must be results-oriented, capable of synthesizing and abstracting complex information into clear messages.
**Responsibilities** **:**
+ Coordinates execution across the Design Technology Platform organization to ensure all deliveries are on schedule and at high quality, adapting to new process findings and new customer asks.
+ Fosters continuous improvement development and validation practices for better customer outcomes. Drives improvements in automation and validation methodologies to simultaneously improve PDK development efficiency and quality.
+ Identifies key metrics for measurement of development, quality, and operational efficiency. Promotes systems to monitor these metrics and act upon their findings.
+ Responds quickly to customer requirements and feedback and ensures comprehensive root cause methodologies are in place across teams to learn from customer feedback.
+ Works closely with EDA Partners to deliver on the tool enablement required by our customers.

**Experience Required: **
+ A high performer with 20+ years of demonstratable experience in most of the design technology platform domains such as Technology Modeling, Process Test Chips, DTCO, PDK Dev/QA, FIP, and Customer Support.
+ Deep working knowledge of how PDK and FIPs are used in product and IP designs and critical aspects of Power, Performance, Area tradeoffs.
+ Experience aligning PDK, FIP, EDA reference flows, and other components as part of developing a technology platform.
+ A combination of business acumen, organizational savvy, networking capabilities, and technical expertise to get results across multiple groups and disciplines.
+ Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret industry trends, create and drive strategies, work independently, simultaneously manage diverse and extensive assignments while remaining organized and productive in a complex environment.

Accenture is seeking a Procurement Category Advisory Analyst, Technology to collaborate with external clients to develop sourcing strategies across Technology spend areas including: Software, Cloud, Infrastructure, and IT Professional Services and Managed Services Providers. You will work clients to support each company's business goals while achieving optimal commercial structure, quality and service levels. In this capacity, you will make an impact by helping procurement organizations expand their involvement and control of non-traditional spend areas.
The Work:
+ Work collaboratively with global client organizations, practice leadership, and market leading technology providers to identify Value, ROI, and Savings opportunities within Technology investments across a wide array of leading companies and industries.
+ Leverage industry and supplier research, market intelligence (both internal and externally sourced) to perform financial and commercial analyses of IT contracts to advise clients in optimizing their IT Investments aligned to market leading strategies.
+ Support end to end sourcing projects, including all key steps such as strategy development, supplier negotiation, award recommendations, business case presentations and supplier contract execution, leveraging and Agile approach to drive efficiency in execution. Lead overall coordination and project management, in addition to market analysis and commercial analysis.
+ Support development of market insights from cross-client procurement advisory and sourcing activity and collaborate with Technology Practice advisors to develop content that enables knowledge sharing across the organization and published thought leadership for clients.
Here's what you need:
+ Minimum of 6 months experience in procurement/sourcing experience. with a focus on market and/or data analysis, financial modeling, or pricing analysis
Bonus points if:
+ Strong critical thinker, self-starter who can take initiative with high-level direction and deliver client work with minimal supervision
+ Highly adaptable and skilled in problem-solving, with the ability to develop and support creative solutions tailored to client-specific technology and cost optimization challenges.
+ Passion for continuous self-learning within the technology industry (i.e. cloud, consulting and services, infrastructure, software and telecommunications)
+ Proven analytical skills in terms of numeric (e.g. spreadsheets) and text based (e.g. reading terms and conditions) analysis, converting information into tangible recommendations to clients
+ Project management capabilities with the ability to prioritize a dynamic portfolio and assist in identifying process efficiencies and opportunities to apply transformative technology such as Gen AI to improve service delivery.
Travel:
+ This position may require travel up to 50% to multiple customer locations.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
