Training and Experience
Graduation from high school

Completion of one year (30 credits) of education at a regionally accredited or New York State registered college or university, may be substituted for the above-mentioned experience on a year-for-year basis. Position Details
Phibro is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the successful planning and delivery of strategic and operational IT projects across the enterprise. This remote role is ideal for a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in IT project management, who thrives in cross-functional environments and is passionate about driving digital transformation. The Project Manager will be responsible for stewarding projects through our process from concept to completion, and ensuring desired outcomes are aligned with Phibro's broader technology and business goals. Our client, an A-Rated Commercial Lines Insurance Carrier, is seeking to add an Information Technology Business Systems Analyst to their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in aligning technology solutions with business objectives within a highly reputable organization in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define, analyze, and document requirements for technology projects and product enhancements.
- Serve as a bridge between business units and IT teams, ensuring alignment on priorities, deliverables, and outcomes.
- Manage and refine product backlogs using tools such as Microsoft DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Support project teams through the entire software development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, user story development, testing, and implementation.
- Maintain a clear understanding of insurance products, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices to ensure technology solutions meet business needs.
- 5 - 7+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or Product Manager, with prior experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry and a strong understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft DevOps, Jira, or similar tools for backlog management, requirements tracking, and project collaboration.
- Professional/Agile certifications such as: CBAP, CCBA, CSM, CSPO.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- $130,000 to $160,000+ annual base salary plus 10-20% bonus
