**Job Description**

SAFe Agile & Value Stream Collaboration:

Partner closely with Value Stream leaders, Release Train Engineers, and Agile teams to align investment budgets with SAFe Agile planning cycles (e.g., PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt).

Support and enable Lean-Agile budgeting practices, including participatory budgeting and decentralized decision-making within Value Streams.

Provide financial insights and reporting tailored to Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and Value Stream performance metrics.

Adapt budget management approaches to support incremental and iterative funding models, ensuring flexibility as priorities shift in Agile environments.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging feedback from Agile teams and Value Streams to refine budgeting and investment processes.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).

5+ years of experience in budget management, financial analysis, or investment planning-preferably within an IT or software environment.

Role Summary
Ardurra is seeking a Technology Program Manager to lead our enterprise-wide Deltek ERP consolidation and drive project-management discipline across the IT organization. This role will own the ongoing initiative to migrate multiple Deltek Vision instances into a single platform and transition to Deltek Vantagepoint, then continue with future phases to bring additional instances onto the unified environment. PRIMARY PURPOSE:
- Manages technology projects for the Technical Services Department to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, on time, and on budget. Coordinates with all Technical Services' supervisors and other department supervisors on project planning, implementation, tracking and documentation of short-term and long-term technical projects.
Education/Certification:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Highly organized, detailed oriented and able to work within a high-pressure environment
- Ability to communicate technical/complex information both verbally and in writing
- Proficient in AutoDesk CAD software
