Job Description
As an Associate Technology Support Analyst. You will identify, troubleshoot, and remediate issues, take ownership of all IT building-related incidents and follow standard ITSM policies and procedures.
Monitor system activity to ensure the availability and performance of all IT business services and will provide systems maintenance, support and enhancements
Install and upgrade software and hardware
Monitor and troubleshoot system performance
Develop and run related automation scripts and reporting tools
Understand the integration of system components, learn new concepts and quickly train others
Create automation of system monitoring, recovery and optimization processes
Provide all levels of technical support on all systems and processes, support incident response and determine whether issues are user, procedural, environmental, local, global or systemic

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

**Responsibilities** :
+ Manage external audit engagements including client expectations, budgets and financial reporting
+ Deliver detailed analysis of findings and coordinate all analytical, technical and research tasks
+ Collaborate with Senior Managers and Partners in the areas of risk assessment, audit plan programs and internal audit reports.
+ Build relationships with existing clients, including involvement in networking and business development activities
+ Provide both leadership and supervision to Audit Staff and Seniors
**Qualifications** :
+ Bachelor's degree with a major in accounting or related field required
+ Minimum of 4 years of related experience
+ Previous experience in a public accounting firm preferred
+ CPA required
+ Minimum of 2 years of supervising and training experience
+ Proven experience in managing multiple client engagements simultaneously
+ Strong motivation to meet client deadlines and provide excellent client service
+ Candidates must possess a willingness and ability to travel to client locations
+ Strong analytical and report writing skills required
+ Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Overview:
Sutter Health's Department of Protective Services is seeking a Program Manager IV to manage physical security systems projects across the Central Valley Division, including the Modesto and Los Banos areas. This role will support facility capital projects under the Destination 2030 initiative, ensuring consistent deployment of access and surveillance technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead implementation of 30-50 capital projects, focusing on security infrastructure.
Manage installation of access control and video management platforms in compliance with Sutter security standards.
Coordinate with vendors, engineering teams, and facilities project managers on scope, pricing, and delivery.
Analyze ROM budgets, floor plans, and security system requirements for effective system design.
Ensure smooth commissioning and backend systems integration.
Travel to facilities as needed to manage on-site work and validate installations.
Maintain records and provide progress updates through SAP, Projecto, or equivalent tools.
Qualifications:
8+ years in project management, ideally with physical security or technology systems deployments.
Familiarity with security platforms like Secure 9000 and Genetec preferred.
Strong budgeting, vendor coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Understanding of cybersecurity, network security, and systems commissioning.
PMP certification a plus.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Must reside in the Central Valley and be available to travel locally.
