Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. A day in the life consists of:
    • Managing and supporting all aspects of technology infrastructure systems including: Microsoft Domain administration, GPO management, VMware/ESXI, Cisco Route/Switch, Firewall Management and Saltstack
    • Supporting the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems
    • Providing problem identification, diagnosis and resolution
    • Managing IT systems operation from standard processes to problem identification and resolution for all connected client, server, storage, and network
    • Monitoring and communicating the operational status of IT systems to customer management
    • Optimizing system performance, operation, and resource utilization
    • Providing detailed analysis and feedback to internal customers
    • Configuring and managing operating systems
    • Conducting/facilitating installs/loads of operating system software
    • Maintaining patch sets across a distributed set of nodes, taking into account rolling updates to avoid impacting mission load
    • Maintaining the integrity of network components
    • Implementing operating systems enhancements to improve reliability and performance
What we are expecting from you:
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical field. Four years of experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
    • Five (5) years of experience with IT infrastructure projects and IT Operations
    • Knowledge of infrastructure standards (e.g. NIST, CMMC) is required
    • Proven track record in infrastructure design and delivery
    • Strong Windows system administration skills (AD, local/group policy, etc.)
    • Active or current TS/SCI Polygraph clearance
Nice to have:
    • Experience in a Linux environment
