Located in Irving TX, the IT Operations team is responsible for CED's data centers and IT infrastructure supporting our 700+ locations across the country, as well as the CED Service Center. The successful candidate will have experience providing support for and maintaining data center IT infrastructure and Microsoft technologies. CED is focused on finding the best talent as we continue to grow and build upon the success that was started in 1957.

The position will work with CED management, system engineers, software development groups, the IT help desk, and IT project managers to support and maintain these IT systems and networks.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

• Physical qualifications required to perform the job function to lift 25 lbs., climb stairs, sit for long periods of time.

Summary:

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.

• 7 or more years of relevant experience is required.

• Experience owning Microsoft Dynamics 365 product for an organization or significant D365 backlog creation and refinement experience.

• Demonstrable expertise in relevant business domains (e.g., sales, pricing, marketing automation, customer service, or project operations).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL database technologies (e.g., Oracle, MS SQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of in-memory caching systems (e.g., Redis, Couchbase).
• Familiarity with architectural certifications (TOGAF, ArchiMate) is a plus.
• Experience working in agile, fast-paced development environments.
