Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
**What your day-to-day will be like:**
+ Perform day-to-day IT responsibilities such as providing desktop support, onboarding processes, and other IT related support to operating departments
+ Manage vendor support tickets for different systems such as PMS, Wi-Fi, PBX, POS and escalate through proper channels as needed

- Facilitate the interview process, gather feedback, and guide candidates and clients through decision-making.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new client opportunities.
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Mentor junior members of the recruitment team and share best practices.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team recruitment targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in recruitment, with a significant focus on the technology sector.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in various technology roles.
- In-depth knowledge of technology terminology, roles, and skill sets.
- Proficiency with ATS systems and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with both clients and candidates.
- Results-oriented mindset and a drive to succeed.
- Experience in a recruitment consultancy or agency environment is highly preferred.
