**OVERVIEW**
You will be responsible for driving the strategic development roadmap for customer facing platforms, online products, workflow solutions, and high-quality features and UX that support the defined business goals. There will be a heavy emphasis on workflow solutions using content, Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) and advanced technology. You will have experience with content processing, indexing, search applications, and some experience in applying GenAI and Large Language Models (LLM) to professional research. **SSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education:** Bachelors, advanced degrees with research exposure a plus; or equivalent experience.
**Experience:** 8+ of product manager experience
+ 10+ years working on design and development online research product and workflow solutions.
+ 5+ years as a product manager working with content and search platforms including some GenAI applications.
+ 8+ years' experience using Lean and Agile methodologies to plan, define and build products and solutions, as well as to continuously improve user adoption, engagement, and usage.
+ Medical research experience or medical product development experience a plus.

Our client is seeking a proactive and technically proficient Technical Support Lead to manage their customer service and helpdesk operations in Boise, Idaho, US . This critical role involves leading a team of support specialists, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer technical issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for troubleshooting complex hardware, software, and network problems, providing guidance and training to support staff, and developing support documentation and knowledge base articles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, operating systems, and common business applications, along with excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills. You will also be involved in managing support ticketing systems, monitoring service level agreements (SLAs), and identifying trends to improve support processes and product performance. This position requires strong leadership qualities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to mentor and motivate a team. You will act as a point of escalation for challenging technical issues and collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and drive product improvements. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the technical support team.
  • Provide expert technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Mentor, train, and motivate support staff to ensure high performance.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive support documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Manage the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of customer requests and adherence to SLAs.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex technical problems.
  • Analyze support trends and identify opportunities for process and product improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and issues.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation of IT infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement support policies and procedures.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and effective support.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical support, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, common business software, and networking concepts.
  • Proficiency with helpdesk ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow).
  • Excellent troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to train and mentor technical staff.
  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting and basic network administration.
  • Customer-focused mindset and a passion for service excellence.
  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
