We are seeking an Information Technology (IT) Lead/Manager, to support our classified customer in Washington, DC. Peraton has been supporting our classified customer for 20 years and has a history of supporting building some of the most important & technically advanced applications.

The Lead/Manager in this lateral position and is focused on program/project management and personnel management in additional to their current customer duties.

Our unique program delivers advanced, technical infrastructure support for our customer and its relative nodes over the world. The team provides Software and System Engineering, Software and System Development and Operations (DevOps) services, Data Science, Big Data and Entity Resolution Engineering services advanced data discovery, analytics, exploitation, and visualization capabilities through application development and tools integration.

The IT Lead Manager in this role is focused on program/project management and personnel management.

The IT Lead/Manager will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Assist the Program Manager with contract execution and be available to fill in when he/she is not available.
  • Participate and attend corporate functions, such as staffing, financial reporting/forecasting, security, subcontracts, etc. to gain exposure.
  • Manages the staffing through the appropriate hiring, firing, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with HR.
  • Manages and approves employee time-cards.
  • Provides informal feedback on an ongoing basis and formal feedback in the annual performance evaluation process to identify and develop talent.
  • Conduct one on one's with team members. Ensure company goals and objectives are being met by each employee and provide constructive feedback.

Koniag Emerging Technologies LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Technology Administrator to support the implementation, design, development, and maintenance of various systems and programs across various Department of State (DOS) posts and domestic programs. This role requires a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems/Technology Management, or a related field, along with a minimum of ten years of experience in the technology field and four to seven years of experience conducting administration and maintenance duties.

The Information Technology Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the implementation, design, development, and maintenance of various systems and programs across various DOS posts and domestic programs. With extensive experience in the technology field and administration and maintenance duties, the successful candidate will contribute to the successful implementation, optimization, and support of critical systems and programs, ensuring their functionality, security, and user-friendliness.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
The Information Technology Administrator will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Aid in implementing various systems ranging from newly established systems at various DOS posts to domestic programs such as Microsoft SharePoint.
• Assist in the design and development of systems and programs, providing technical expertise and guidance.
• Facilitate testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance, ensuring the quality and functionality of the systems.
• Troubleshoot issues when authorized, providing prompt and effective solutions to technical problems.
• Optimize content for indexing and searching, ensuring efficient and user-friendly access to information.
• Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning, ensuring the continuity and security of systems and data.

Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• A minimum of ten years of experience in the technology field.
• Four (04) to seven (07) years of experience conducting administration and maintenance duties.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• For a position in the U.S., must be a U.S. Citizen or legal U.S. resident; for a position outside the U.S., any citizenship (U.S., Third Country National (TCN), and Local National (LN)) is allowable.
• Assist in describing, planning, and scheduling project deliverables, goals, and milestones, contributing to successful project management.
• Identify and resolve project issues, addressing any challenges or roadblocks in a timely and effective manner.
• Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills, effectively interacting with stakeholders and users.
• Assist in defining resources and schedules for project implementation and completion, contributing to efficient resource allocation and timeline management.
• Other duties as assigned

Education:
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that personnel have appropriate network connectivity, computer hardware, computer software, and other IT requirements needed to accomplish tasks and deliverables.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience managing computer software and licenses, hardware and physical data centers, data communications equipment and protocols, and security compliance
  • Knowledge of Active Directory tools
  • Basic knowledge of Amazon Web Service workspace, EC2, S3 and VPC
  • Experience working with cloud-based infrastructures
  • Knowledgeable of issues common in teleworking and how to resolve them quickly

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in IT either directly with U.S. Government agencies or as a contractor

Barbaricum is currently seeking a proficient Information Technology Analyst to join our dynamic team in support of the Program Executive Office Soldier, focusing on the engineering, building, testing, and deployment of innovative cloud service offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Directly support the PEO Soldier Chief Information Officer (CIO) and manages the day-to-day Information Technology and Communications functions for the Headquarters.
  • Perform day-to-day Information Management Officer (IMO) duties outlined in DA-PAM 25-1-1, paragraph 6-4 and is the functional liaison to the Network Enterprise Center -
  • Fort Belvoir (NEC-FB).
  • Manage PEO Soldier HQ IT assets (laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, smart phones, peripherals, software, etc.) and be responsible for managing property accountability activities for associated items (hand receipts, cyclic inventories, reporting, etc.).
  • Receive property from NVESD warehouse and other sources, ensures compliance with property management and accountability policies.

  • Research, provide recommendations, and coordinate purchases of hardware and software.
  • Manage PEO HQ software licenses.
  • Provide IT advisory support to physical building projects lead by Operations Directorate
  • Submit and track NEC remedy tickets for access, port security, etc.
  • Coordinate for mobile device (smart phones, tablets, etc.) activation and support.
  • Submit work orders to activate and support wired telephones in the PEO Soldier HQ.
  • For VTC equipment and infrastructure, manage and provide operator-level troubleshooting and coordinate for preventive maintenance and warranty support.
Qualifications:
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
