_Performance Tracking:_
+ Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
+ Use product metrics that measure progress towards your goal, communicate regularly, and optimize based on results.
+ Develop and enhance platform to implement testing strategies and execution plans to optimize and improve performance of customer marketing programs (A/B, etc.)

**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Computer Science, Engineering.
+ 5+ years of Software product management experience.
+ 5+ years' experience designing and building on CRM platforms
+ Experience with MarTech Products and Technology: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Personalization, Google Analytics, Pendo.io, Fullstory, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar
+ 5+ years' experience working in a collaborative Agile environment leading remote teams through grooming, planning, daily stand-up, etc.
+ 3+ years in managing, supporting and optimizing CRM and Marketing Technology platforms integrated with an eCommerce stack (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Personalization, Data Cloud, Google Analytics or similar behavioral analytics platforms)

Your Role:

As the CTO & Co-Founder, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our technology vision. You will architect, build, and scale our platform from the ground up while shaping the overall product strategy alongside the founding team. You must be willing to roll up your sleeves, code, iterate quickly, and make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop MVP including scope, design, UI, backend and user dashboard
  • Develop the end-to-end technology strategy and product roadmap
  • Architect and build a scalable, secure, and high-performance C2C marketplace and social platform.
  • Make key decisions on technology stack, infrastructure, and development processes.
  • Lead backend and frontend development, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
  • Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing engineering team as we scale.
  • Implement best practices for security, scalability, and data protection.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and business team to align technology with growth and monetization strategies.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in e-commerce, social commerce, and web technologies.
  • Take ownership with a long-term vision and commitment to success.

What Were Looking For:

  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience (startup experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in modern web development technologies (e.g., React, Node.js, Python, Golang, AWS, Firebase, or similar stacks).
  • Experience in building and scaling marketplace platforms, e-commerce, or social applications.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and how to create engaging user experiences.
  • Ability to work autonomously, solve problems efficiently, and pivot quickly.
  • Passion for startups, entrepreneurship, and risk-taking.
  • A true founder mindset hungry, adaptable, and resilient.
  • Interest or passion for golf (a big plus, but not required).

The Part Time IS Support Tech will provide technical support for networking technologies for administrating and managing the setup, maintenance, repairing work of network systems and system components. Qualifications

Education: Associates degree or 4 year degree in information systems related major.
