- Maintain and repair of district's computers and peripherals on a scheduled basis.
- Record activities using the technology ticketing system to record and complete service requests.
- Document campus technology asset inventory moves using assets management software (KAMS).
- Deliver, unpack, set-up, tag and test newly purchased equipment.
- Organize and maintain computer and peripherals.
- Advise customers on equipment conditions.
- Assist with yearly inventory.
- Perform preventative maintenance on systems during the summer.
- Report accidents and refer potential safety hazards to supervisor.
- Communicate positively with other district employees.
- Assist with running new data cabling in new or existing buildings.
- Termination and testing of data cabling.
- Assist with running HDMI and USB cables.
- Assist with testing and troubleshooting of cable.
- Repair of existing cable infrastructure.
- Relate to and communicate positively with other district employees.
Equipment Used:
Hand tools, network tester for cable installation, moving dollies, blowers, vacuums, computers and peripherals.
Working Conditions:

Customer Care Master Data Analyst - Contractor
The qualified candidate will understand Master Data as a key element for reviewing/validating various data elements relevant to the entire order fulfillment process, using Client' ERP system or other tools to make necessary revisions. This position requires a hybrid of two skills areas: 50% high level problem-solving, data mining and analytical skills, while the other 50% will focus on daily hands-on operations and data maintenance.
POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Customer Care Master Data Analyst will function in a team environment, while retaining the ability to empower themselves to perform their specific job functions and make decisions that are in the best interests of the customer and Company.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Manage Master Data in SAP across modules and support on-going supply chain related projects
• Knowledge and experience with SAP Material Master Data fields and tables are essential for role
• This position will interface with various functions within the business: Marketing, Sales, and Logistics, at different levels of the organization
• Understanding of master data processes, standards, data governance and data quality concepts
• Retrieve, combine and analyze large amount of data to validate
• Advanced skills in Excel (i.e. VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, advanced formulas, merging of data sets, ability to link various spreadsheets or data tables, import/export, or upload/download data to/from other systems
• Identify areas for process improvements and drive the implementation changes to streamline processes

Based on relevant market data and other factors, the anticipated hiring range for this role is $120,000 - $130,000 annually. Final compensation rates will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations. This role is also short-term incentive eligible. Incentive amounts will vary by individual and business goals.
