Responsibilities:
· Oversee the daily performance of computer systems and answer user inquiries regarding
· Review IT project requests describing user requirements to estimate time and cost required to accomplish project.
· Analyze computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems.
· Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
· Provide technical assistance and support.
· Assist users in filling out and tracking status of Information Technology Procurement Review (ITPR) waivers for procurement of IT equipment.
· Work as part of a project team to coordinate program development and determine project scope and limitations.
· Have experience writing code using programming languages (e.g., Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), MATLAB, Python) or be capable of learning them to be able to modify existing code.
· Develop methods for integrating different products so they work properly together (e.g., customizing commercial IT systems, peripherals, accessories, software, and applications) to fit specific needs.
· Make database changes.
· Identify and evaluate industry trends in IT systems and database systems to serve as a source of information and advice for upper management.
· Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard information in computer files against accidental or unauthorized damage, modification, or disclosure.
· Develop standards and guidelines for use in the acquisition of software and to protect vulnerable information.
Qualifications:
· Level I (Entry/Junior) - less than 5 years of experience.
· Requires a HS Diploma (BA/BS Preferred). 0-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
· Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
· Works under general supervision and typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
· Position requires support of both water and land test and evaluation of amphibious and ground combat vehicles, to include, but not limited to water/land mobility, surf transitions, amphibious shipping, riverine operations, water/land recovery, and water/land towing.
· Security Clearance: Active Secret clearance is required.

Position Summary :
The Director of Information Technology, using a strong working knowledge of computer software, hardware, and networking technology, is responsible for leadership and management of the campus IT helpdesk operations and staffing, campus specific operations, and serves as part of the IT security operations team. The Director of IT also researches major changes, trends, and issues in the IT industry and can advise departments and / or individuals on how best to utilize their technology assets.

Minimum Qualifications :

Proven experience and success with hardware troubleshooting and problem resolution, software configuration, installation, and trouble diagnostics.

Job Summary : The Venue Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day AV operations and service delivery for their assigned venue under the direction of the Venue Director. Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in engineering telecommunications digital engineering or technical discipline or equivalent quantifiable experience.
Minimum of ten years managing critical technical infrastructures.
Minimum of eight years leadership experience including technical teams.
Key Qualifications
Experience modernizing the traditional television production and distribution workflow.
Understanding of FCC regulations and other industry standards.
Past experience directly managing IT or supervising IT professionals and knowledge of addressing data privacy and cyber security needs as well as demonstrated interest in applying new technologies such as AI.
Experience building and integrating systems for the full lifecycle of media distribution from pre-production to digital download platforms.
Working knowledge of the broadcast and technology systems and protocols.
