Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Overall Responsibilities:

This position requires working closely with team members in the Assistive Technology (AT) program to develop and uphold program standards and to utilize the AT instruction area effectively to create and maintain a focused learning environment. The incumbent will be responsible for instructing clients who are blind or visually impaired, including how to use computers, tablets, and both adaptive and mainstream software, following a structured and comprehensive training plan.

Education and Experience:

  • Develop and implement course curricula for computer applications and software training in conjunction with the AT team.
  • Conduct assessments with clients to determine their individual technology needs and the appropriate course of training.
  • Make recommendations for equipment and adaptive software upon completion of the initial assessment and in accordance with program guidelines.
  • Document the delivery and setup of equipment and the installation of software on all AT related products received by the client.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans with the client that focus on their short-term and long-term needs.
  • Document the assessment of the client's skills, the instruction provided, and the progress toward goals, while ensuring accurate maintenance of client files.
  • Complete all documentation for reporting and billing in a timely manner as directed by your supervisor and in accordance with program guidelines.
  • Collaborate as a technical resource/liaison to individuals receiving services regarding assistive technology products, equipment installation, and/or product configuration.
  • Install, program, and troubleshoot acquired products, working with Bosma's IT department as appropriate.
  • Establish working relationships with access technology vendors and manufacturers to maintain proficiency with up-to-date products.
  • Demonstrate assistive technology and educational software as needed.
  • Make budget recommendations and proposals for annual budgeting for assistive technology needs.
  • Stay current in the field through conferences and workshops and provide training to other professionals as directed.

You will serve as a member of the Coinbase Technology Risk leadership team and oversee our technology and security risk management program. * Lead and oversee the second line technology and security risk team, framing and driving the vision for a Technology Risk Management framework across the three lines of defense.
* Lead company-wide technology and security risk initiatives. Collaborate with technology and security leadership to design and implement efficient methods for identifying, surfacing, and reporting risks across the business.
* Build, grow, and coach a team of technology and security risk analysts; foster a culture of agility and innovation, and provide ongoing performance feedback.
* Oversee the implementation of risk policies, standards, and technologies to establish scalable processes that grow with the business.

Coinbase is looking for a creative and analytical Lead for our Technology Risk function. You will serve as a member of the Coinbase Technology Risk & Controls team and support the implementation and maturity of our technology and security risk management program. Your risk team will define, quantify, manage, and communicate risks, and use outcomes to inform business decisions. You will serve as the subject matter expert in technology risk management operations, and will make these applicable and usable for fast-moving technical teams located across global time zones.
*What you'll be doing (ie. job duties):*
* Enable risk informed business outcomes: Enable teams and leadership to make risk-based decisions by clearly communicating quantitative and qualitative tradeoffs.
* Manage risks throughout the risk lifecycle: Intake, triage, analyze, and calculate (inherent/residual) risk in collaboration with subject matter experts and risk owners. Facilitate agreement and documentation of risk treatment decisions; pressure testing treatment decisions and validating execution of mitigation plans across stakeholders as required. Participate in continuous monitoring or risk treatment.
* Maintain source of truth risk register: Quality control of data, tooling support, and implementing automation/process improvements to establish a baseline and iteratively improve risk management data and tooling.
* Iterating on program elements: Analysis of multiple variables to inform improvements to threat models/risk scoring methodologies.
* Reporting on risk posture: Support synchronous and asynchronous reporting on findings, metrics, and recommend mitigations to business leadership. This includes ad hoc and scheduled meetings with leadership and business risk owners.
* Communications and training: Support develop, execution, and maintenance of communication and training plans to roll out the technology risk program across the organization. Maintain team runbooks, team intra-web pages, and risk register metrics dashboards.
* Build, grow, and coach a team of technology and security risk analysts; foster a culture of agility and innovation, and provide ongoing performance feedback.
* Enterprise risk alignment: Work in lockstep with Enterprise Risk Management to escalate risks through the enterprise risk register and report relevant metrics to senior leadership as determined necessary.
* Global Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to help scale the program's risk framework across Coinbase entities, products, and geographies/markets. Regularly collaborate with GRC teams, Legal and Compliance for risks, assessments, and reporting to meet regulatory requirements.
* Support audit and regulatory inspections: Support data compilation to respond to US and international audit/regulator inquiries.
* Maintain an industry pulse: Maintain awareness of international regulation, emerging threats, forecasts, policies, and benchmarks
*What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):*
* 8+ years of experience working in a 1 or 2 LoD risk management function and/or Governance, Risk, and Compliance organization.
* Risk domain knowledge and best practices: Familiarity with standards and frameworks e.g. ISO 27001/5, NIST CSF, COBIT, ITIL, DORA, FAIR risk quant methodology to measure controls/risks, monitor controls/risks, and validating/racking/evidencing remediation.
* Technology risk domain knowledge: Ability to dig into technical risk solutions and to work on technical quantitative risk assessments across information technology domains such as asset management, resilience, systems development lifecycle, and infrastructure.
* Comfortable working with project management tooling (e.g. Jira, Archer) and quant and qualitative data analytics tooling.
* Clear/concise communicator and writer; experience drafting/operationalizing project plans across stakeholders, holding teams accountable, and documenting deliverables to varying levels of junior and senior stakeholder audiences. Ability to translate controls/risk standards out of compliance speak and into functional requirements and across varying levels of technical stakeholders.

We are searching for a Technology Systems Designer in our Tampa or Indianapolis studio.

The purpose of this position is to design a variety of Information Systems and Technology building systems for healthcare, higher education, and research facilities; work alongside the engineers and project managers on development of systems drawings using different software programs; participate in project team meetings with other disciplines; and provide design feedback for engineering analysis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Systems design according to the local codes and facilities design guidelines
    1. Perform design specific to the low-voltage systems including telecommunications, nurse call, audio/visual, security/access control, intercom, paging, sound reinforcement, clock, video distribution, and wireless antenna systems.
    2. Recommend alterations to the design to improve quality.
    3. Follow applicable codes, adopted engineering standards, and good engineering practices.
  • Multi-discipline coordination
    1. Collaborate with other team members to coordinate drawings.
    2. Support regional studios with low voltage design.
    3. Provide feedback about CAD and Revit content for continuous improvement.
  • Project delivery support
    1. Be responsible for all aspects of low-voltage design within designated projects.
    2. Prepare support documents and calculations for engineering analysis, budget analysis, and equipment selection.
    3. Conduct surveys to gather field data.
    4. Prepare drawings, layouts, and other visual aids.
    5. Perform construction site visits with engineer as part of the construction quality assurance process.

Frost Brown Todd LLP , a national law firm with 1000+ legal and business professionals in eighteen offices, is hiring a full-time eDiscovery Technology Manager to join our firm. This role is responsible for managing both internal and external legal technology platforms and overseeing the daily operations and workflows of the Litigation Support eDiscovery Analysts and Specialists. The eDiscovery Technology Manager will also provide consultation, training, and strategic guidance to legal teams and clients throughout the discovery process, ensuring defensibility, efficiency, and adherence to the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and firm policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise eDiscovery Analysts and Litigation Support Specialists, managing staffing, project assignments, and performance evaluations.
  • Provide strategic consultation and analysis to attorneys and business professionals throughout all phases of the eDiscovery process.
  • Utilize Relativity One and other e-discovery tools to load, process, analyze, search and produce litigation documents following FRCP, DOJ Production Specifications, ESI agreements and discovery requests. Leverage Relativity One Analytics and Artificial Intelligence tools to reduce document review volumes and costs.
  • Assist case teams and document review attorneys with onboarding, operating and troubleshooting of e-discovery database platforms.
  • Perform billable litigation support tasks, such as client consultation on data mapping, legal holds, ESI preservation, collection and validation, data processing and analysis, flat-table data manipulation, document review consultation, and document productions. Ensure time is entered into the billing system daily. Estimated billable time for this position will be 400-500 hours per year, with the remaining time to be administrative management of technical platforms and litigation support staff.
  • Train litigation support staff on EDRM best practices including planning, preservation, processing, and database setup.
  • Coordinate workflows and provide project updates to case teams and clients’ IT departments to manage expectations.
  • Advise legal teams on cost estimates for forensic vendor tasks, data hosting platforms, and other eDiscovery-related costs. Work with vendors to ensure adherence to spending caps, stop-limits, and change order approvals.
  • Track project progress, manage deadlines and budgets, and maintain preservation logs and tracking systems in MS Teams.
  • Collaborate with the FBT legal team and the client’s IT department to create data maps identifying potential source locations and preservation statuses.
  • Implement technology and best practices across multiple offices to effectively support the litigation practice and ensure the Litigation Support Department aligns with firm policies and business goals.
  • Consult with legal teams to provide in-depth guidance on e-discovery issues.
  • Manage data transfer and storage systems, adhering to firm information governance and matter tracking policies.
  • Partner with the Litigation Support Director to improve workflows, implement quality control, and develop firm-wide training programs.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; JD preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience working in Legal Technology and managing Document Review Platforms is required.
  • Minimum of ten years of experience working in large law firms or at an eDiscovery vendor preferred.
  • Minimum of two years management experience.
  • Relativity - RCA (Relativity Certified Administrator) certification preferred.
  • ACEDS CEDS (Certified E-Discovery Specialist) certification preferred.
  • Experience with Technology-Assisted Review and Predictive Coding preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and techniques for managing projects containing electronically stored information (ESI), including utilizing Relativity Managed Review and Analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational and planning skills.

  • Experience using Regular Expressions and DTSearch to manipulate large data sets.
