Summary/Objective
In this working manager role, you are responsible for overseeing company IT infrastructure, software, and security, supervising two dedicated IT specialists, and ensuring that company technology is supported and maintained. While infrequent, you must be able to be available during out of office hours in case of IT emergencies.
Essential Functions
- Manage and collaborate with IT team and all company departments to align with business goals and support the organizations technological needs.
- Be the ERP expert for the organization.
- Responsible for forming and supporting IT initiatives to support company strategy, with the mindset of continuous improvement.
- Work with third-party Managed Service Provider (MSP) for any IT support necessary.
- Provide high-level support, investigate and troubleshoot issues, recover from hardware or software failures, and coordinate with impacted departments.
- Additional tasks and functions as assigned.
- Experience managing and developing a team to deliver IT services while adhering to budget.
- Experience with ERP system administration, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Competency in project management with ability to concurrently manage multiple activities and tasks.
- Strong facilitation and change management skills.
- Highly developed verbal and written communications.
- Knowledge of Microsoft products.
- Knowledge of Cybersecurity and AI.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Administration, or related field preferred.
- 6 years of related work experience required.
- An equivalent combination of education and/or related work experience equal to 10 years will also be considered.
- Leadership experience of at least 3 years strongly preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution organization is strongly preferred.

Information Systems Technicians manage communication operations and networks aboard Navy vessels, and play a vital role in everything from electronic mail systems to special intelligence and information warfare systems. There are two types of Information Systems Technicians depending on whether you choose to serve on ships or submarines. Responsibilities may include:
INFORMATION SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN (IT)
- Establishing, monitoring and maintaining radio frequency communication systems
- Operating and maintaining global satellite telecommunications systems
- Transmitting, receiving and storing all incoming and outgoing messages
- Managing and coordinating information systems security across platforms and fleets
- Designing, installing and operating wide-area-networks, computer systems and associated devices
- Performing network system administration, maintenance and training and manage network security
- Installing applications, troubleshooting user problems and providing training and assistance with use of computer hardware and software
- Writing programs to collect and distribute data for a variety of applications
- Ensuring the proper security and handling of communications materials, systems and equipment
- Performing diagnostics and data recovery operations and maintaining logs

Work Environment
As an IT, you are primarily stationed aboard ships at sea, while you'll serve aboard submarines as an ITS. You will also receive shore assignments. Your typical work environment will be a clean, climate-controlled indoor space used to house electronic equipment or computers.
Training & Advancement
Upon completion of initial training at Recruit Training Command Great Lakes (known as Boot Camp), both ITS and ITs report for specialized training, including:
Class "A" Technical School (24 weeks) in Pensacola, FL (for ITs) or Groton, CT (for ITSs) for training on Microsoft, Cisco and Oracle computer software and hardware fundamentals, automatic data processing, security, and system theory and operation.
After "A" School, Information Systems Technician Submarines (ITS) will also attend submarine training:
Basic Enlisted Submarine School (8 weeks) in Groton, CT, for training in basic submarine systems. Note that this training is only for Information Systems Technician Submarines (ITS).
After completing training, ITs and ITSs will receive their first assignments. ITs may be assigned to a ship, communication station or shore station, while ITSs may be assigned to a submarine, communication station or shore station. Promotion opportunities are regularly available but competitive and based on performance.
Advanced Training
Advanced training as an Information Systems Technician may be available during later stages of your career. For those with further leadership aspirations and a college degree, Officer roles may be available, providing opportunities to lead and train others.
Post-Service Opportunities
Specialized training received and work experience gained in the course of service can lead to valuable credentialing and occupational opportunities in related fields in the civilian world, such as IT and network support, computer programming, web development, and information security.
Education Opportunities
Beyond offering access to professional credentials and certifications, Navy technical and operational training as an Information Systems Technician can translate to credit hours toward a bachelor's or associate degree through the American Council on Education.
You may also continue your education through undergraduate degree opportunities like the Navy College Program and Tuition Assistance and the Post-9/11 GI Bill.
Qualifications & Requirements
A high-school diploma or equivalent is required to become an Enlisted Sailor and an Information Systems Technician.
Due to the sensitive nature of this role, you must be a U.S. citizen eligible for a "Top Secret" security clearance, which requires a background investigation. Immediate family members must also be U.S. citizens.
IT and ITS applicants should have good arithmetic, writing and speaking skills, and should be able to use and understand computers. You should also be able to perform detailed work, keep accurate records and work well with others as part of a team. Important physical attributes include good manual dexterity and physical strength.
ITS applicants must be willing to serve aboard submarines.
General qualifications may vary depending upon whether you're currently serving , whether you've served before or whether you've never served before .
Part-Time Opportunities
Serving part-time as a Navy Reserve Sailor, your duties will be carried out during your scheduled drilling and training periods. During monthly drilling, Information Systems Technicians in the Navy Reserve typically work at a location close to their homes.
For annual training, you may serve anywhere in the world, including locations in the U.S., at bases overseas, or in areas where humanitarian needs are great.

Most of what you do in the Navy Reserve is considered training. The basic Navy Reserve commitment involves training a minimum of one weekend a month (referred to as drilling) and two weeks a year (referred to as Annual Training) - or the equivalent of that.
Information Systems Technicians in the Navy Reserve serve in an Enlisted role. Before receiving the ongoing professional training that comes with the job, initial training requirements must be met.
For current or former military Enlisted servicemembers, prior experience satisfies the initial Recruit Training requirement, so you will not need to go through Boot Camp again.
For those without prior military experience, you will need to meet the initial Recruit Training requirement by attending Boot Camp in Great Lakes, IL. This training course will prepare you for service in the Navy Reserve and count as your first Annual Training.

Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The IT Support Systems Analyst will work as a member of a team that supports the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with Firm technology teams and other departments to maintain and configure workflow and service management solutions to improve the performance of technology and other services provided to the Firm. The IT Support Systems Analyst is responsible for the ongoing support of the ServiceNow platform and the functions it performs for the Firm under the direction of the IT Support Systems Manager and in collaboration with senior team members and peers. The Analyst will participate in the software development cycle, complete other project work as assigned, and fulfill work tickets assigned to the team while proactively identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in management, information systems, or other related concentrations. Minimum of five (5) years of work experience relating to the support of information technology systems and related processes while maintaining a current understanding of service management, development, and process optimization best practices as they continue to evolve across industries. Minimum of two (2) years of work experience supporting ServiceNow ITSM or other similar ServiceNow applications. The Information Technology Internal Audit Manager will be an experienced, self-motivated professional interested in joining our expanding internal audit team. This position has limited travel.
This primarily responsibilities includes leading IT General Controls/IT Audit and IT Risk Consulting engagements. Minimal travel is required for this position, with client work primarily being performed remotely.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing risk management, internal audit and internal control services to clients in the banking industry.
- Assisting in planning and managing staff on engagements, including reviewing staff workpapers and providing feedback and guidance to staff
- Conducting fieldwork, preparing workpapers to support conclusions, discussing findings and observations with management, and preparing written reports of various types and formats.
- Involved in providing clients with advice to improve and optimize internal controls, enhance and transform internal audit approach and methodologies and performing risk assessments.
- Providing other value-added recommendations both to our clients and to help improve the firm.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required. Major in Accounting, Computer Information Systems, or Management Information Systems is preferred.
- Professional Certification such as CISA, CISSP, CPA, CIA, or similar.
- 5+ years' experience of working in financial institutions, Big 4 or equivalent, or regulatory supervisory of financial institutions.
- 5 years or more of experience in the areas of IT audit, corporate IT Audit, or technology risk consulting preferred.
- Understanding of commonly used internal control frameworks, including COSO and COBIT and knowledge of audit methodologies and developing key internal audit deliverables.
- Working experience with IT general controls, IT application controls and key report testing
- Exposure to larger financial institutions ($100 billion and up) preferred.
- Prior experience should include progressive responsibilities, including supervising and reviewing the work of others, and project management, including self-management of simultaneous work-streams and responsibilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication and comprehension both formally and informally to our clients and our teams, in a variety of formats and settings, including in interviews, meetings, calls, e-mails, reports, process narratives, presentations, etc.
