The Advanced Technology Market Lead will help drive growth and further establish Atlas as a trusted partner in the advanced technology sector, specifically supporting semiconductor and data center projects. This role focuses on business development, strategic account management, key recruitment, external promotion, and internal collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring existing relationships with contractors, EPCs, designers, and owners; possess key insights regarding the growth of the market, and a strategic acumen for positioning the company to gain market share.
**Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Business Development & Strategic Growth: Lead the strategy to grow Atlas' engineering, geotechnical, construction support, design, and environmental services in the advanced technology sector. Identify and pursue new opportunities with EPCs, contractors, owners, and design partners. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value semiconductor and data center projects. Collaborate with internal service line leaders to match capabilities to emerging client needs and industry trends.
+ Client Relationships and Account Management: Develop and strengthen relationships with key clients-especially national EPC firms, hyperscale data center owners, semiconductor manufacturers, and large contractors. Serve as account manager for select strategic clients and work across teams to ensure consistency and responsiveness. Coordinate with other market and regional leaders to manage a portfolio of advanced tech client accounts. Understand and be able to navigate the procurement processes of the client.
+ Hiring Key Recruits: Support the recruitment of specialized talent aligned with the advanced tech sector's requirements. Identify capability gaps and help build high-performance teams to deliver services at the speed and scale required. Assist with onboarding and team-building for advanced tech-focused personnel.
+ External Promotion and Thought Leadership: Represent Atlas at industry events, including technology infrastructure, semiconductor, and data center development conferences. Develop and share insights to position Atlas as a go-to firm in the sector, highlighting our multi-disciplinary strengths. Build brand visibility through speaking engagements, panels, publications, and active participation in relevant organizations.
+ Internal Collaboration & Strategic Support: Serve as a connector across business units-ensuring coordination of pursuit strategies, pricing, resourcing, and client engagement. Support proposal development and capture strategies tailored to the advanced technology market. Provide market intelligence and strategic guidance to executive leadership on trends, risks, and competitive positioning.
**Minimum requirements:**
+ Bachelor's degree with 10 or more years of progressively responsible sales experience leading the growth of a business unit.
+ Outgoing, self-starter with innate sales orientation, optimism and drive with good organizational skills.
+ Existing business relationships in the advanced technology marketplace.
+ Knowledge and experience leading, developing, and managing sales programs.
+ Demonstrated experience working with contractors, EPCs, designers, and owners in the advanced technology sector
+ Proven problem-solving skills in demanding situations.
+ Ability to work independently and in a team environment with internal and external clients.
**Technical requirements:**
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to communicate across all levels of an organization.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint) Microsoft Teams (Channels, SharePoint) as well as CRM programs.

**Compensation:**
$150,000 - $220,000 annually
The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the state's law. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
In Support of Teaching and Learning
- Collaborate with teachers to support their use of technology in delivery of curricula through a variety of instructional methods, utilizing best practice frameworks for the integration of technology.
- Develop ways that technology can support personalized learning as defined by VT's Act 77, student centered learning concepts, and project based learning in classrooms and remote learning environments, where applicable.
- Serve as a teacher leader in coordinating teams to assess assistive technology needs, consult on technology budgets, provide professional development, implement technology policies and propose technology related learning opportunities for staff and students.
- Provide training for district employees on the use of instructional and non instructional programs and hardware, including learning management and student information systems.
- Lead, design and participate in professional development activities in district, regional, state and select national settings
- Design and deliver professional development to help educators create curriculum materials, lesson plans and assessments that apply best practices for integrating technology across all grade levels and content areas.
- Identify emerging trends in educational software, hardware, and teaching strategies for integrating technology. Make recommendations for technology purchases to meet the educational needs of our staff and students.
- Provide leadership in the district developing and implementing K-12 curricula with a strong integrated technology component. Work may be done in PLC or other curriculum groups.
- Collaborate with the other Technology Integration Specialists in the implementation of a sequential curriculum to ensure common teaching and learning opportunities for K-12 students.
- Contributes to the development of district educational technology policies and/or procedures.
- Participate as a member of the district Technology Integration Specialist team and attend regional technology meetings as the district's representative.
- Consult on the technology budget with the Executive Director of Teaching & Learning for technology resources, including hardware, software, learning resources and training needs.
- Facilitate clear communication between the teaching staff, instructional technology department and data team.
- Demonstrate effective time management, organizational skills, and prioritization of work to meet the needs of the users.
- Attendance in accordance with established days/hours of work.
- Perform other tasks and duties as appropriate and/or assigned.

- Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field.
