**About the Role**
The Learning Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping, managing, and delivering impactful learning initiatives for Cognizant's global sales and consulting community. This role requires a deep understanding of the unique challenges, needs, and skill sets of experienced sellers and consultants, combined with strong project management expertise to ensure the timely, high-quality delivery of strategic learning initiatives.
This is a high-visibility position within a global team, supporting a mature, professional audience across multiple geographies. You will act as both a strategic learning partner and a hands-on project manager-overseeing end-to-end learning program execution, ensuring alignment with business priorities, and designing and developing learning solutions and storyboards for this audience.
**Key Responsibilities**
· **Learning Partnership**
1. Serve as a trusted advisor to sales and consulting leadership, understanding business goals, performance challenges, and learning needs.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives, success metrics, and delivery approaches tailored for a senior, global audience.
3. Ensure learning initiatives align with Cognizant's go-to-market strategy, sales methodology, and consulting capabilities.
· **Project Management**
4. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple, concurrent learning projects within defined timelines and budgets.
5. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
6. Coordinate cross-functional resources, vendors, and subject matter experts to ensure program success.
7. Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
8. Ensure effective communication across project teams, stakeholders, and business units.
· **Instructional Design & Development**
9. Design and develop engaging learning solutions, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training. facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and communications.
10. Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create impactful, business-relevant content.
11. Incorporate case studies, simulations, and scenarios that reflect the complexity of global sales and consulting engagements.
· **Measurement & Continuous Improvement**
12. Define and track KPIs to measure learning effectiveness and business impact.
13. Gather feedback from learners, facilitators, and stakeholders, and make data-driven recommendations for program enhancements.
14. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in learning, sales enablement, and consulting capability development.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
· **Must-Have:**
15. Experience with a sales and/or consulting audience-strong understanding of their business drivers, challenges, and professional development needs.
16. Extensive project management experience with a proven track record of managing large-scale, global learning initiatives.
17. Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master, etc.) strongly preferred.
18. High organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders across time zones.
19. Strong business acumen, with the ability to align learning programs to strategic business outcomes.
20. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Trello) and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, Miro, etc.).
· **Preferred:**
21. Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
22. Familiarity with sales enablement tools, consulting frameworks, and enterprise learning platforms (Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, etc.).
23. Certification in instructional design or learning development methodologies (e.g., ATD CPLP, Instructional Design Certificate).

**Salary and Other Compensation** :

As a member of the Learning, Strategy, & Delivery team in CC&E L&D, you and your team will have primary responsibility for delivering learning solutions to the Deposit Operations team. **The Work Itself**
* Gain, maintain, and proactively improve upon skills to facilitate, train, and present content to various audiences at a high-level.
* Train the full portfolio of Deposit Ops content (i.e. new hire, technology, and more) in a virtual, classroom, and/or hybrid environment.
* Gain, maintain, and proactively improve Subject Matter Expertise on relevant topics to elevate the learning experience during instructor-led training (ILT)
* Proactively suggest and execute improvements to training materials as appropriate based off comprehension of adult learning theories, learner/leadership feedback, and measures of success outcomes.
* Maintain and monitor training records and reporting using systems such as Workday, Jira, ClassMarker, and SharePoint (ex. attendance, completion rates, proof of learning scores, etc.).
* Administer and monitor results of various measures of success associated with learning effectiveness.
* Partners with and supports other CC&E L&D teams (LXD & KM) for content creation/modification, knowledge article alignment, and policy and procedure execution.
* Collaborate with the Deposit Ops business line teams to further enhance employee development and proactively support learning solutions for current and anticipated performance challenges.
* Support audit requirements for the department making sure all documents and materials are properly maintained and in compliance with guidelines (i.e. annual review process).
* Maintain awareness of ongoing CC&E L&D training initiatives to provide support via preparation, execution, and/or ongoing tasks to support L&D from the end-to-end project management standpoint (ex. Care College, Annual Review, cross-LOB training, etc.)
* Own assigned trainings end-to-end from logistical setup, content preparation, fluid training execution, successful transition to production, to receiving and analyzing feedback and performance results.

* 1 year of experience in Deposit Operations or as a L&D Facilitator required
* Experience facilitating instructor-led (in person), virtual instructor-led, video and blended delivery using various tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams) preferred.

* Understanding and passion for adult learning theory, needs assessment, and instructional design methods.

SMX Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and mission-focused Maintenance and Training Scheduler to support operations at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, under the Second Island Chain (SIC) support contract. This role is essential to ensuring the seamless coordination of maintenance activities and training schedules that support the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command's Pacific Multi-Domain Training and Experimentation Capability (PMTEC) Theater Campaign Plan. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic operational environment.
**The primary operating location is Guam, but travel to other Pacific locations is to be expected.**
**This position requires a DoD Secret with eligibility for Top Secret which requires US citizenship for work on DoD contracts.**
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Develop and maintain integrated schedules for equipment maintenance and personnel training activities.
+ Coordinate with site leadership, technicians, and mission planners to align schedules with operational requirements.
+ Track and update maintenance timelines, training events, and resource availability using scheduling software and tools.
+ Ensure compliance with maintenance intervals, training cycles, and mission readiness standards.
+ Communicate schedule changes and conflicts to stakeholders and recommend solutions to mitigate disruptions.
+ Support planning and execution of mission rehearsals, exercises, and deployments by aligning maintenance and training timelines.

**Required Skills & Experience**
+ Associate's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent military experience)
