Inventories, restocks, and distributes disposable medical supplies within Perioperative services, which includes replenishment in the Operating Room and Ambulatory Surgery Unit suites. Works the majority of the time preparing surgical carts for use in the medical center and/or medical office building. Will also maintain accuracy of supplies on facility procedure cards. **Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support day-to-day operations across procurement, logistics, and inventory for our skincare brand. This role requires strong data entry skills, comfort with systems and spreadsheets, and the ability to manage documentation with accuracy. The ideal candidate is a quick learner with a proactive mindset and a passion for keeping operations running smoothly.
**Key Responsibilities**
Procurement & Documentation
+ Create and manage purchase orders (POs) for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
+ Maintain spreadsheets with accurate order and shipment data.
+ Upload invoices, packing slips, and bills of lading (BOLs) into shared logistics folders.
+ Ensure proper digital organization of all supply chain documents.
Logistics Coordination
+ Track inbound shipments and update the Supply Chain Tracker with current ETAs.
+ Support coordination with vendors, freight forwarders, and 3PLs to ensure timely deliveries.
+ Assist in resolving shipping delays or discrepancies.
Inventory Management
+ Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and fulfillment centers.
+ Flag low or excess inventory and support monthly reconciliation tasks.
+ Help coordinate transfers or reorders as needed.
Systems & Data Accuracy
+ Perform accurate data entry across ERP systems, spreadsheets, and shared tools.
+ Support SKU setup, PO tracking, and reporting with attention to detail.
+ Maintain data consistency across internal platforms and trackers.
Cross-Functional Support
+ Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Product Development to align on timelines and priorities.
+ Provide updates on inventory status, ETAs, and order issues as needed.
+ Support new product launches by ensuring components and finished goods are on track.
**Qualifications**
+ 1-2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations (beauty/CPG a plus).
+ Strong proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
+ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
+ Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
+ Strong organizational and communication skills.
+ Familiarity with AI & ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle Cloud, Parabola) is a plus.
**The Details**
The expected base hourly pay range for this position is $24.00 to $29.00 per hour. The exact base pay is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.
This position is also eligible for participation in the company discretionary bonus plan based on personal performance and company results.
