Perform Goods Receipts within the SAP ERP system Interface with a diverse internal team across Clinical, Manufacturing, and Quality functions as well as external partners to support the coordination of inbound and outbound logistics activities. Coordinate activities with transportation carriers, Customs Brokers and importers. Documenting and monitoring the on time and in-full delivery of product to delivery points Research import/export requirements by country and transport lane. Review and ensure all necessary documentation are prepared and coordinated between 3rd party ship sites, CMOs, depots and sites Understand record keeping requirements and ensure compliance for all transport lanes. Monitor critical shipments across each leg of transport Reports shipping incidents with Quality Assurance. Assists in the administration of the Transportation Management System (TMS) for Commercial and Clinical Supplies as required. Review billing invoices for payment. Apply for Import or Export permits as needed. Stay informed of global regulatory changes and updates related to international trade to ensure compliance. Represent Supply Chain in meetings. Responsibilities:
