We have an opening for a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in managing inventory levels, analyzing stock movement, and ensuring the accuracy of inventory processes, reducing costs, and enhancing overall efficiency of the supply chain.

• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and accountability of inventory records.
• Data Analysis: Utilize analytical tools to assess inventory trends, identify discrepancies, and uncover opportunities for inventory optimization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with purchasing, logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to coordinate inventory needs and maintain optimal stock levels.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed and comprehensive reports on inventory status, variances, and forecasts to provide valuable insights to management for decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Develop, recommend, and implement best practices and strategies for inventory control to enhance operational efficiency.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory records promptly, including conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• System Management: Maintain and update inventory management systems, ensuring accuracy in data input and reporting functionalities.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards related to inventory and storage practices.
• Training and Support: Provide guidance and support to staff on inventory-related processes and systems, promoting a culture of accuracy and accountability.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and experience with inventory management software or ERP systems.

Minimum 3 year of experience in inventory management, supply chain analysis, or a similar role.

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, operations management, or related field or relevant business/technical experience

Salary $55K-$65K Annually

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or procurement.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
• Knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory management, and forecasting techniques.
• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management software.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.

• Oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, cost, and service levels.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring performance.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain operations.
• Implement inventory control systems and forecast demand to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including trade compliance and safety standards.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and disruptions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.

• Lead and mentor a remote team of supply chain professionals.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) are a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of success.
• Extensive experience in managing global supply chains, procurement, and logistics.
• Strong understanding of supply chain software and technologies (e.g., ERP, WMS, TMS).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and experience managing remote teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Direct the daily work and safety of Delivery supervisors, routing personnel and other associates.
• Ensure that management staff is effectively managing the day to day delivery activities, including but not limited to Delivery Associate adherence to standard operating procedures, adherence to planned routes, and providing safe and efficient customer service.
• Assure Delivery Associate compliance with local, state and federal regulatory agencies (i.e. DOT, OSHA, etc.) and ensure that electronic logs are kept current and accurate.
• Direct labor hours, travel, fuel, and consumable supplies within budget, maximizing time and cost efficiencies.
• Prepare work schedules including extra work days and shifts as needed.
• Oversee the proper selection, purchase, and utilization of company assets in support of the Delivery department.
• Coordinate required repairs with proper departments as necessary.
• Observe the effectiveness of daily routing activities to ensure all established Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Sales/customer satisfaction goals are met.
• Prepare budget, profit plans, and capital requests as required.
• Evaluate metrics and adjust activities to meet or exceed performance expectations.
• Suggest efficiency ideas, cost reduction measures and assist with the implementation of delivery changes.
• Monitor the utilization of delivery services by reviewing the coordination of backhaul functions and other routing/scheduling activities to increase the profitability of all delivery services.
• Communicate with Sales Management and Marketing Associates to collaboratively resolve any customer or delivery opportunities or issues.
• Visit customer locations and meet with customers to address issues and assess delivery difficulty.
• Establish the use and updating of productivity and routing software systems.
• Preserve associate relations through regular department or pre-shift meetings.

• Keep open communication channels with associates by answering questions and explaining policies and procedures.
• Monitor associate morale.
• Submit and respond to ideas to improve associate engagement and enablement.
• Interpret, train and consistently enforce company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate efforts with the Safety department to aid in training, conducting associate observations, up-dating preferred work methods, conducting accident investigations to determine root causes and routine safety inspections.
• Make recommendations for disciplinary action and/or behavior modification where required.
• Execute management functions of staff selection, development, discipline, performance reviews and/or terminations.
• Perform the duties of the associates supervised, and perform other related duties as needed (as qualified).

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Bachelor's degree.

Experience

• 7 years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License meeting company standards.
• Complete a Sysco approved defensive driving program.
• HazMat and Doubles Certification.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License meeting Company standards preferred
