**Responsibilities**
+ Direct management and analytical support for transportation distribution, to include HAZMAT, carrier selection/management and tracking analysis in support of daily operations.
+ Assisting with customs clearance and door to door transportation of assets, providing a full range of distribution and transportation support for DoD programs.
+ Contractors must be capable of learning all DoD transportation systems in support of ECMM transportation mission needs, to include cross docks, Loaner Repair Return Center, Low Unit of Measure (LUM), HSMR, Theater Lead Agent for Medical Materiel and AF Reachback requirements.
+ Manages daily transportation activities. Monitors and develops resolutions of all related issues/problems and develops analytical methods for problem resolution.
+ Analyzes logistical and transportation problems to determine scope and course of action required.
+ Plans, develops, and implements internal procedures, methods, and techniques for determining the appropriate mode of transportation services.
+ Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles.
+ Leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions.
**Qualifications**
+ 10 years of field experience providing transportation management and consulting support, utilizing Cargo Movement Operating System, able to address all forms of Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) shipping system and invoice/billing interface systems to account for payment of all items shipped, providing a full range of distribution and transportation support for DoD programs deployments to customers world-wide, and be capable of learning additional transportation systems in support of mission transportation needs as required.

What you will do in this role:
+ Deliver supplies in an accurate and timely manner
+ Is authorized to transport and deliver legend drugs, non-prescription drugs, contrast media and drug-containing devices relative to core competencies of the position
+ Place safety stock in proper location
+ Receive expedited deliveries, accurately key receiving into the SMART system, and deliver to appropriate department(s)
+ Receive all cross-docked items into the SMART system as appropriate

**Job Summary and Qualifications**
The Patient Transportation Driver provides passenger transports, as a community benefit, in a non-emergency vehicle. Transportation is provided to and from passenger's homes, Methodist Healthcare facilities and physician's offices in a timely, efficient and safe manner.
**Minimum Education, Experience, Training, Required Knowledge, Skill, Abilities and Other Job-Related Characteristics:**
1. **Education:** High School diploma or equivalent.
2. **Experience:** Two (2) years' experience in transportation/delivery and general knowledge of city roads/highways.
3. Employee completes initial and ongoing training and competencies as defined by service line, facility and department/unit which are specific to the needs of the patient population served (if applicable).
4. **Preferred:** Two (2) years passenger transportation experience to include wheelchair bound patients.

**Essential Job Functions:**

+ Verify Contractor reporting and recording of incidents and follow up to verify effective close out.
+ Verify, as appropriate, effective incident investigations.
+ Collect and Disseminate Safety Behavior Observations & incidents to key stakeholders.
+ Ensure all projects' related incidents are reported and properly closed out.
+ Ensure that all contractor's performing on-site work are Avetta-Compliant or has an approved site-waiver in place.
+ Verify required Contractor onboarding and other HSSE training.
+ Provide HSSE information, advice and recommendations to the Project Manager.
+ Verify effective Contractor HSSE co-ordination with other key stakeholders.
+ Responsible for effective HSSE in transition and handover to Operate phase.
+ Verify Contractor compliance with the site HSSE management system.
+ Review and comment upon (but not approve) PTWs, Method Statements and Task Risk Assessments prior to works being carried out.
+ Verify Contractor accurate and timely monthly HSSE reporting.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements**
+ BA/BS + 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Minimum 5-years of HSSE experience.
+ Asbestos experience
+ Demolition experience
