We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement and inventory strategies while ensuring operational excellence. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to optimize supplier relationships and logistics processes. Based in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, you will play a key role in driving cost efficiency, product readiness, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Responsibilities:
+ Develop and execute procurement plans to align with organizational goals, optimizing cost-effectiveness, quality, and supply reliability.
+ Evaluate market conditions, supplier performance, and material trends to identify opportunities for savings and efficiency improvements.

+ Lead and mentor supply chain team members to promote collaboration, professional growth, and accountability in achieving organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience in purchasing, inventory management, or logistics is required.
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing, negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
- Familiarity with supply chain systems is preferred.
- Certification such as Certified Purchasing Specialist or Certified Supply Chain Specialist is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.

As a Global Supply Chain Intern you will work collaboratively and independently with supply chain and operations professionals. What You Do.

  • Procurement / Understand process for placing a purchase order and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) requirements
  • Sourcing / Understand the process to run Requests for Pricing (RFPs) and negotiating prices with suppliers
  • Supplier Management / Understand the process to choose, onboard and manage suppliers
  • Spend Management / Understand how to analyze spend and how to find opportunities to optimize it
  • Develop solutions for complex problems
  • Perform analyses of financial data to support decision-making processes

Your Education and Qualifications.

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or another related field, having completed junior year prior to the start of internship
  • Passion for learning and growing in the supply chain field
  • Ability to multi-task and take initiative
  • Ability to think critically, multi-task, and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and vehicle required. There is no mass/public transit system to/from corporate housing location to company locations.
