PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
The Supply Chain Analyst will help determine opportunities to automate, standardize and support business processes and functions across the business unit and various technologies. Will function as business IT liaison in accordance with business strategies. Develop and support existing reporting and analytics to deliver cost and productivity savings working closely with CoE business process owners, region and local business leaders.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as business/technical subject matter expert (SME) for various technologies utilized across Warehouse, Distribution and Transportation (e.g., TruBlu fleet) teams to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Provide business/technical support to Corporate, Supply Chain, Distribution Center personnel for Supply Chain system initiatives, including testing and implementing new technologies, functionality, or system or user enhancements.
- Support future system upgrades and execution of new functionality.
- Develop standardized processes and procedures for the proper use and application of all technologies.
- Assist with the development of KPIs and measurement tools.
- Develop standardized reporting / dashboards as per business needs.
- Determine opportunities to redesign business processes to achieve better business results.
- Document and publish detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials for technologies.
- Provide on-going training to the Distribution/Transportation teams as required. This may consist of either remote and/or on-site training as required.
- Lead formal group training sessions by establishing training criteria, agendas, and follow-up strategies.
- Lead technical meetings and discussions
- Manage master data as required
- Audit various technologies to ensure that master data is being updated, maintained and proper procedures are being followed.
- Trouble shoot and assist users when experiencing issues with technologies. Escalate problems as needed to outside service providers, IT, and/or supervisor/management.
- Spearhead initiatives to improve the functionality of systems for the distribution centers.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day business/technical contact for technology service providers and distribution/transportation teams to aid if troubleshooting required and/or bridge between providers and field personnel.
- Work with internal department (e.g., Tango) to source and/or order cell phones and tablets for truck fleet drivers and management/support staff.
- Work with Finance to review and process monthly cell phone invoices.
- Monitor cell phone charges for extensive use and notify Distribution/Transportation management.
- Resolve any errors or billing issues with outside service providers.
- Assist in distribution center vehicle management with regards to current inventory and future needs based on patient / clinic / territory changes and realignments.
- Builds productive working relationships.
- May provide assistance to junior level staff with general tasks that require a better understanding of functions, as directed by immediate supervisor.
- May refer to senior level staff for assistance with higher level problems that may arise.
- Escalates issues to supervisor/manager for resolution, as deemed necessary.
- Review and comply with the Code of Business Conduct and all applicable company policies and procedures, local, state and federal laws and regulations.
- Assist with various projects as assigned by direct supervisor.

- Proficient in SAP, SQL, VBA, Tableau and MS Office Suite
- Experience in Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transportation Management System (TMS), Vehicle Routing and Scheduling (VRS), Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs)/on-board computers, various mobile applications.

The candidate will be able to broaden their communications skills through their interface the
various Lockheed Martin Programs and the Southeastern Material Acquisition Center (SEMAC)
buying team, as well as being a valuable member of the programs multi-functional
team (Engineering, Quality, Finance, Program
Management, Contract, etc.) to ensure the program is meeting their Company and Customer
commitments.
Basic Qualifications:
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in in Supply Chain, Management, Technical Related Degree, Accounting, Finance or related discipline.

Meison is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to assist our Operations team by methodically providing organized support.

Responsibilities:
Purchase Order Management
- Own the on time submission of purchase orders, and manage the purchase order accuracy
- Understand the production schedule and work with vendors to define and pull forward delivery dates
- Communicate with the vendor on a weekly basis to get the PO delivery report and update in the system
- Measure vendor KPI in different metrics
- Coordinate with the warehouse to get ready for the upcoming higher priority shipments
Sales Order Management
- Leverage the reports and dashboards to monitor the order fulfillment status
- Work with the internal departments to achieve fulfillment goal
- Ensure the EDI and shipment information is received and updated accurately and on a timely manner
Product Management
- Request and upload the product attributes according to customer’s request and compliance
- Assist with inventory control and perform inventory activities for different channels
- Communicate with different departments regarding product launch status
- Reviews shortage report and monitor the replenishment products level and reorder
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, or other closely related field. Master’s
- Experience: 2-3 years experience in logistics, supply chain or warehouse operations.
- Skills and Abilities: Organizational skills with ability to adapt, multi-task and prioritize and to meet short term/changing deadlines while responding to multiple instructions and directions; A self-starter with strong time management skills is highly .
- Other: Experience with inventory management system, ERP system or database applications. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) including intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Decision Making: Exercises moderate independent judgment over the development and execution of plans for accomplishing work, as well as the communication of product production and logistics.
