Lead Driver

The Driver is responsible for transporting residents to and from appointments and outings using the community vehicles; which may include bus, van, limousine, sedan and trams. This position
ensures residents receive all appropriate assistance during outings. Driver fulfills all operational tasks involving driving and assists the Lifestyle Director with scheduling, recordkeeping and training.

Qualifications:

Qualified applicants are required to possess a minimum of 6 months experience as a bus/van driver. Must possess a valid and current driver's license for vehicle class driven at time of hire. Must be willing to obtain CDL (Commercial Driver's License/ Class B Endorsement). Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required or must be willing and able to become CPR and First Aid certified.

Position Summary:

Supports the efforts of Halperns' Steak and Seafood drivers in serving customers through the initial training of new drivers and on-going coaching of all drivers. Provides input to the manager on individual driver performance and plans to assist drivers in the continual improvement process. May be responsible for route balancing and assignment, temp routing, dispatching, and equipment assignments. Facilitate or assist in conducting regular driver meetings. **The opportunity**
This position is responsible for leading the Supply Chain operations for the site.
**How you'll spend your day**

- Lead the Site Supply Chain Team.
- Identify, recruit, develop and retain qualified Supply Chain professionals to provide high-level service to the site. Implement managerial practices to ensure the team's high performance, modeling Teva's values and leadership framework.
- Serve as an influential member of the site leadership team, who impacts decision-making and takes an active role in promoting cross-site initiatives, teamwork and collaboration across site functions. Bring global best practices into the site and actively share site perspective, knowledge and lessons learned to contribute and support a best-in-class professional level of Supply Chain globally.
- Own the Site S&OP Process.
- Support the Global S&OP at the site level. Analyze net demand variations and capacity constraints by technology, including quality constraints affecting the service level. Discuss the outcomes with key stakeholders, define recovery plans, facilitate decision processes.
- Own the Site MPS per Market Demand.
- Integrate market demand, production, quality capabilities and cost to develop, in agreement with Regional/Global SC, the site MPS. Plan and monitor execution of the site MPS, and ensure an optimal service level.
- Own the MRP/MRB Process.
- Plan the site's raw materials requirements to meet the MPS needs (B.O.M) as well as managing site's inventory level and targets. Communicate the site's needs to Procurement and/or vendors in a timely manner.
- Plan, monitor execution, coordinate and communicate the site launch preparations, site products changes and material changes based on local and global priorities.
- Ensure site customers receive delivery on schedule through the commitment process. Manage intercompany orders, handle exceptions, raise flags and drive conflict resolution.
- Ensure warehousing and logistics of incoming goods, WIP and finished products are handled in the most efficient manner; manage interfaces with Transport and Warehouse units or services.
- Responsible for site Master Data Management team and the accuracy of the different planning and execution information systems
- Responsible for completing all training requirements and maintaining 100% compliance with all assignments.
- Responsible for maintaining work areas and performing job functions in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) instructions.
- Responsible for performing additional related duties as assigned.
**Your experience and qualifications**
Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.
Education/Certification/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial engineering, logistics, science-related field or similar degree with applicable experience; Master's Degree and/or professional certification (CPIM/CSCP) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in operations and global supply chain processes in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience of at least 5 years managing teams.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Advanced knowledge of and demonstrated capability implementing Opex/lean tools and methodologies.
- Working knowledge of pharmaceutical product lifecycle including launch and tech transfer.
- Proven leadership capabilities with strong interpersonal skills, especially in managing cross-functional teams in a plant environment.
- Working knowledge of Power BI, SAP, MES , MS Office Apps and other relevant tools
- Highly organized and excellent time and project management skills with the ability to address wide range of priorities in a timely manner

What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for/oversees project staffing, including, but not limited to; recruitment, development, retention and succession of project staff; development of plan for project staff reporting; and support for performance and compensation reviews.

  • Partners with Client Service Leaders and pursuit champions to assist with business development, building client relationships, and pursuit efforts for mega and super mega projects in accordance with HNTB's Sophisticated Sales Approach (SSA). Works with the project team and marketing resources to prepare appropriate proposal and presentation materials. Leads proposal development and interview presentations for strategic, mini-mega or mega projects to the client as well as general presentations within the industry and community.

  • May be responsible for the recruitment, hiring, development and retention of staff, including development of plan for staff reporting, performance and compensation reviews, and succession.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 12 years of relevant experience

  • 4 years of successful management of engineering projects

What You'll Bring:

  • Lead and manage drainage related tasks for the South Florida office.
