Position Summary
Client is seeking a dynamic individual to join a motivated team of materials management and supply chain professionals. This individual is expected to efficiently support the supply chain management software application functions, data management and sources, testing of new technology, assist with data migration and correction, and support activities related to the integration of supply chain management information systems. The Analyst, Supply Chain Management & System will be responsible for the supporting all supply chain management system that activities start from raw materials to the final drug product.

Key Responsibilities
•Joining a team of highly qualified materials management and supply chain professionals, this individual will be responsible for supporting the supply chain management process, systems, and software functions for MRP, ERP, data sources, testing, integrations, reporting, analytics, and more within the cell therapy network. The support includes, but is not limited to, working with supply chain leadership to identify requirements and develop effective solutions to meet these requirements following standard implementation testing and deployment of guidelines.
•Configure and optimize systems to meet business requirements, ensuring proper alignment with organizational objectives. Configure and refine business processes within systems, aligning them with industry best practices and organizational needs.
•Develop a variety of reports, exports, dashboards, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring comprehensive data visualization and analysis capabilities. Assess the existing reporting requirements to appropriately prioritize and streamline the development of reports.
•Implement system enhancements and fixes, following standard project implementation guidelines and testing and deployment standards. Investigate and research system-related issues, identifying root causes and proposing effective solutions to enhance system performance.
•Collaborate with stakeholders on identifying and prioritizing new system enhancements, fixes, and project schedules. Implement agreed-upon enhancements and solutions following established project implementation guidelines, ensuring adherence to testing and deployment standards.
•Coordinate and actively participate in the execution of user acceptance testing for fixes, enhancements, and upgrades to ensure system reliability. Provide regular status updates on open issues, requests, and projects to stakeholders, maintaining transparent communication.
•Lead and/or participate in project teams to implement new software solutions or processes, contributing to successful project outcomes. Actively seek out opportunities for system and process improvements to enhance performance, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
•Continuously learn and apply business, technical, and software knowledge, sharing insights with departmental users to promote continuous improvement. Train users on new data, software functionalities, tasks, processes, and reporting and analysis techniques to ensure effective system utilization.
•Act as a source of knowledge in areas of supply chain best practices and methodologies. Work cohesively with cross-functional teams in support of operational efficiency, flexibility, and assurance of material availability. Support the implementation process improvements by maintaining open communication with all teams and fostering environment of cooperation in which to achieve shared goals.
•Lead systematic initiatives related to network materials planning including, supplier forecast, network inventory allocation, safety sock analysis, planning parameters, and supply planning activities. Maintain effective and service-oriented relationships with departmental and organizational-level stakeholders.
•Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Experience
•Bachelor's degree in applied science.
•2+ years relevant experience.
•1+ years' relevant experience with materials management and/or supply planning within cGMP operations in matrixed organization with multi-level setup
•Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
•Ability to work well in a team environment with a positive attitude that is willing to assist other areas of the organization.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong focus and attention to detail.
•Demonstrate ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and maintain a strong attention to detail.
•APICS certification is a plus
•Proficiency in ERP and systems (I.e., Oracle, SAP, QAD)
•Ability to perform frequent physical tasks with strength and mobility. Flexible scheduling required.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized transportation coordinator to join our team and manage our transportation operations. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generating and implementing efficient sourcing
  • Proactively identify supply base issues to minimize risk, protect continuity of supply, and utilize emerging opportunities
  • Maintain and develop supplier relationships (supplier meetings, conferences, etc.)
  • Develop a supplier management program with key suppliers including metrics, performance goals and improvement initiatives
  • Establishing purchasing policies and ensures compliance within the department
  • Continuously improve productivity and efficiency of procurement processes throughout the organization
  • Perform cost savings initiatives and risk analyses (financial, legal, etc.) to avoid issues and limit negative impacts
  • Develop and conduct annual contract assessments for upcoming renewals
  • Controls, plans, directs and manages the supply chain (production planning and purchasing)
  • Responsible for achieving all demand, supply, inventory KPIs.
  • Oversees the procurement of all raw material, equipment, packaging, consumable items and indirect supplies and services to ensure adequate inventories for continuous, uninterrupted production schedules and engineering projects.
  • Identify and develop new sources of supply.
  • Documents entire demand and supply planning process and follows the standardized procedures
  • Provides data and actively participates in Planning process meetings
  • Oversees Production Planning activities, including Demand Planning, Scheduling, and Production Planning
  • Responsible for leading the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning cycle

Position Overview : This position plays a key role in the planning and purchasing of designated brands and components to satisfy fully our customer needs and build a robust supply chain network. The individual will interact regularly with the suppliers, cross-functional partners including Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain utilizing historical order and shipment data. The planner will help identify, quantify, and communicate forecast changes, risks and opportunities with the co-packers and support WFF's sales growth and improve process development for any new Third-Party Brand. In addition, the planner will be responsible for the management of our Wal-Mart consolidated warehouse inventories and process. Duties and Responsibilities : Plan, order and negotiate the buying of all goods for designated brands and warehousesCreate Purchase Orders, Work Orders and Internal Requisitions as required.High level of collaboration with Marketing and Demand Planning in monthly Brand S&OP Manage inventory levels proactively to reduce risk of closeout.Manage the shipper and assembly components for all itemsInvoice approval for all vendors of all componentsManage the inventory of finished goods from co-packers to satisfy all customer needs and to minimize the cost of close-outs.Place orders for finished goods to facilitate transfer of inventory to our warehouses.Work in conjunction with the production manager to schedule the production runs for all items.Work with the Logistics Manager to arrange freight and control total freight costs with different carriers for all

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Finished Product Distribution: Ensure a smooth flow of inbound and outbound shipments by implementing an efficient end to end tracking system. Ensure receipt appointments of inbound trucks. Release of products in saleable status, engaging customer service to ensure release of orders before cutting time, provide delivery feedback for critical orders and minimize back orders by keeping a close coordination with sales team.
  • Process Optimization: Support and develop of SOP documents which ensure a good distribution practice. Develop systems to solve problems and quarantine root causes in 3PL and flow distribution. Support SAP enhancements implementation, processimprovement and Serialization implementation.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain inventory control systems to assure visibility throughout the supply chain and comply with financial and regulatory requirements.
  • Creates and maintains net production and purchasing requirements based on forecast, lead time, shelf life and safety stock policy.
  • Provide, Run and analyze month to end reports for Business unit performance.
  • ERP (SAP). Support SAP implementation. Perform inventory transaction by using SAP system. Analyze and verify data integrity.
  • DSCSA EPCIS compliance. Monitoring and solving inbound and outbound disruptions.

Specific Responsibilities:

We seek a highly motivated individual with analytical capabilities and pharmaceutical experience (Biological Product in preference) to be part of our commercial operations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible to ensure customer orders delivery on time. Perform cycle counts in case any order discrepancy
  • Minimize and resolve claims within one week. Implement root cause analysis to avoid discrepancies in the future.
  • Approve and follow up returns from customers and work with finance for credit request submission.
  • Prepare monthly supply chain reports by showing inventory value, turn over, cost per unit, short date / expired, damages and on time In Full order.
  • Provide weekly report of inbound status of Biosimilar products, quality, customs hold, in transit.
  • Follow up and support release products as required into saleable, quarantine, customer allocation.
  • Prepare/oversee inbound shipment reports to ensure customs release and delivery in 3PL in fashionable time
  • Weekly Customs shipment report showing status of final release from customs.
  • Support in preparation the annual 3PL budget.
  • Assist and support Financial and external audit of our in/out processes and 3PL.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 5 years of Pharmaceutical Management with direct involvement in establishing and managing inventory, customer service, orders tracking, 3PL management.
  • Supply and Logistic acumen and working knowledge of distribution KPI to manage and control inbound, outbound and 3PL operation.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work with a general level of autonomy and independence.
  • Good professional ethics and compliance of applicable laws and regulations.
  • SAP ERP user experience is a must. Savvy Implementation is big plus.
  • DSCSA knowledge and implementation experience is a must.
  • Overall OTC Transactions in SAP. (Sales Order, Return Order, Free of Charge Order, Credit Memo, Debit Memo, Deliveries and Invoices.
  • Collaborate with Finance team for the periodic closing.
  • Maintain complete and accurate standard sales operating procedures and related internal control documentation.
