The SNAPP Truck Load MMPM team is responsible for the performance management of third-party carriers and is divided into AFI, AFE and AFLTL. We meet our customers where they are to identify opportunities and gaps in their expectations and experience. We perform tactical actions to address defects and determine root causes. We leverage strategic thinking and activities to identify areas of friction and work to resolve complex problems with solutions that scale.
Amazon Freight Internal (AFI) is responsible for moving freight from Vendor or Shipper to an Amazon Fulfillment Center.
Amazon Freight External (AFE) is responsible for moving freight from Vendor to Vendor or to an Amazon Fulfillment Center.
Amazon Freight Less than TruckLoad (AFLTL) is responsible for moving freight from multiple Amazon Vendors and Sellers, consolidating them at a cross dock and then continue into the Amazon Fulfillment Center.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of program management, sourcing project management and supplier or customer relationship management experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.

- 5+ years of program management, sourcing project management and supplier or customer relationship management experience

The Supply Planning & Optimization team is seeking a Transportation Planning Analyst to support and analyze daily supply program execution related data in Amazon's growing middle mile network. This position provides support to the transportation manager/director in supervising the activities related to delivery and backhauls. This includes, training and supervising transportation department associates, compliance with government regulations and promoting safety and security of the transportation department.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Supervises the daily work and safety of transportation associates, including adherence to standard operating procedures, Food Safety Standards and preferred work methods, adherence to planned routes, and providing safe and efficient customer service.

The Manager, Transportation - SSA will ensure a Transportation department culture focused on people, safety, service, and cost through meaningful engagements with drivers, best in-class service to customers, and safe and profitable operations. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Transportation Manager to lead all aspects of transportation operations within a Fulfillment Center (FC). This role is responsible for overseeing a large and complex delivery network that includes nearly 400 home delivery drivers, a group of 20+ CDL drivers, and third-party logistics partners. The Transportation Manager will directly manage a team of 10+ supervisors and 4 dispatchers across multiple departments, ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and a high level of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing the transportation P&L, optimizing routing and service levels, overseeing fleet maintenance and yard operations, and driving performance through key metrics and continuous improvement initiatives. 5+ years total leadership experience, including 1-2 years managing supervisors (flex on industry relevancy in transportation, warehouse, industrial, manufacturing, etc.)
Proven ability to lead large teams - must have directly overseen at least 10 staff members

Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) experience
