Job Description
This position will be responsible for the day to day wave planning, reporting, KPI and productivity tracking, and trend analysis for the site. The position will also manage the queue, post receipts, and manage the administration of Safety and Training reports. Required data will come from multiple sources including the Warehouse Management System and SAP.
This position is not eligible for employment sponsorship, including H-1B transfers, OPT, or TN visas.

+ Understand customer requirements, operator productivity, transportation schedules, and inventory flow to create an efficient daily wave plan for the facility
+ Develop and analyze reports on operations methods, processes and equipment for current operational needs and future objectives
+ Develop audit reports to ensure data integrity and process compliance
+ Track KPI metrics and analyze trends, understand and report on the operational activities driving the data
+ Manage the queue control for the site and process system transactions as required
+ Provide daily, weekly, monthly productivity reports, including trend analysis, as required
+ Maintain positive, professional, and timely communications, within various internal customers, as well as with external contacts
+ Actively participate in the continuous improvement process
+ Manage the administration of Safety & Training reports, follow up with shift managers if required data is missing
**Qualifications**

+ 5+ years' experience in Distribution/Warehouse Logistics, Supply Chain Operations, Finance, or other data driven environment. BA/BS Degree preferred.
+ APICS Certification Preferred
+ Must have the ability to integrate information and data from a variety of sources to develop an optimized work plan
+ Must have strong organization skills and be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work responsibilities with sense of urgency to meet deadlines
+ Self-Directed & demonstrates the ability to proactively identify and resolve discrepancies or potential issues
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Excellent problem identification & follow through to issue resolution
+ Demonstrates the ability to work well with a variety of individuals
+ High analytical ability and advanced Excel reporting skills (vlookup, pivot tables, & macros)
+ Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); JDA (Red Prairie) and/or SAP a plus
+ Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP); SAP a plus

**Responsibilities:**
GENERAL PURPOSE
The Senior Data Warehouse Developer is responsible for architecting, designing, developing, implementing and supporting various components for the enterprise data warehouse and associated data sources. Works independently and provides support for reporting projects, as well as process and architectural recommendations. Responsible for mentoring staff, demonstrating best practices, planning for business continuity and sustainability and working on projects that support Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing functions as assigned.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
+ Works with the user community and reporting team to understand business data and data transformation requirements.
+ Converts those requirements to functional/technical specifications for database and integration design.
+ Manages requests and/or components of larger projects with appropriate documentation and status reports
+ Architects data integration and transformation processes across on premise and cloud data sources.
+ Provides leadership and is a subject matter expert depending on area of focus.
+ Develops data integration and transformation processes across on premise and cloud data sources using tools including Oracle Data Integrator, Boomi Atmosphere, Informatica as determined by the environment.
+ Develops data models and database designs that leverage their knowledge of data warehouse modeling best practices.
+ Collaborates with other team members using scrum processes or other project management disciplines depending on area of focus.
+ Follows best practices for change and code management.
+ Provides supporting technical documentation that is written, organized and maintained.
+ Participates in ongoing stabilization, support and maintenance.
+ Provides on call support as needed for business continuity and operations.
+ Attends webinars, reads case studies and white papers, and participates in opportunities to further refine skills and stay apprised on functional area topics.
+ Maintains current knowledge of technology, equipment, and/or systems and advises on newer technologies.

**MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
+ Bachelor's degree in a related discipline such as Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Science or Engineering Required
