What You'll Do
Use Wayfair inventory systems and tools to ensure "perfect" orders run smoothly from receipt at the terminal to dispatching for delivery

Identify exceptions such as damage, short shipments, mis shipments, overweight/oversized cartons, etc., and reconcile these issues, engaging Customer Service and other partner teams as needed

**Position Summary:**
Responsible for coordinating the overall scheduling and dispatching of delivery operations by communicating with truck drivers through computers, phones or two-way radios. **Position Summary:**
Responsible for coordinating the overall scheduling and dispatching of delivery operations by communicating with truck drivers through computers, phones or two-way radios.
