Required Skills and Experience:
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field or Accounting.

**Core Responsibilities:**
+ Advise clients in all areas of employment law and labor relations, including discrimination, harassment. disability accommodation and leave management, wage/hour issues, and labor relations. Provide employment litigation risk counseling on various business initiatives.
+ Proactively identify and assess potential legal and reputational risk for clients and recommend practical, creative solutions.
+ Represent SHC, LPCH, SHC Tri-Valley and the physician foundations (and the University as needed) before various federal and state agencies, including EEOC, DOL, DFEH and DLSE, and in private mediation. May be required to represent the clients in civil court to obtain injunctions and restraining orders.
