**A Brief Overview**
Responsible for parking service for patients and visitors at their assigned entrance to the campus buildings.
**What you will do**
+ Greets and directs patients and visitors arriving at the facility to their destination while creating a positive image of the organization.
+ Operates guest's vehicle in a safe manner and makes sure the vehicle is locked after parking it in the designated area. Keeps the front clear of vehicles by not allowing any long-term parking for any reason and keeps count of cars parked in designated valet areas.
+ Prepares valet parking reports daily and logs incidents that occur. Keeps supervisor informed of needs, problems, and activities.
+ Report parking violations to the security officer. Alerts security to any crimes or act of vandalism that may occur to vehicles.
+ Physically assist those exiting from their vehicle if they need it due to limited mobility, etc.
+ Determines urgency of situations, calms patients if necessary and makes appropriate referrals.
