Job requirements for both Warehouse Worker & Warehouse Associate:
- Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently throughout a shift.
- Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally throughout a shift.
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
- Maintain positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.
- Able to accurately use basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
- Able to accurately read labels, tickets, and other product documentation.
- Able to operate computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after receiving training.
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency to follow safety and other policies, trainings, and instructions.
Additional Job Requirements:
Warehouse Worker only:
- Able to be trained on and operate all powered equipment safely (including but not limited to Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Sit Down & Standup Forklift), and work at heights of up to 40ft where applicable.
- Work at a height of up to 40 ft on a mezzanine (where applicable).
Food Distribution Center only:
- Able to work in various temperature-controlled environments including refrigerator and freezer for majority of shift.

Position OverviewThe Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse. This includes managing inventory, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and supporting various logistical tasks. This role involves assisting with packouts of product, managing inventory accuracy, maintaining warehouse organization, and handling product shipments and deliveries. The role is critical to supporting daily warehouse operations and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Physical RequirementsAbility to lift, carry, and move products up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand or walk for extended periods. Physical ability to operate equipment and machinery such as pallet jack, hand trucks, cardboard bailer, and forklift (upon training and certification) Comfort with working in a warehouse setting, including exposure to various environmental conditions (temperature, noise, etc.). Basic computer skills and ability to complete computer-based training. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions provided in the English language.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct inventory counts for shipping materials including, but not limited to, envelopes, bubble bags, shipping labels and printer paper.
- Collaborate with warehouse leadership to ensure inventory stock is sufficient for forecasted orders.
- Assist with receiving, inspecting, and storing products as they arrive in the warehouse and preparing orders for shipment.
- Preparing, pulling and carting ice packs to comply with seasonal shipping requirements.
- Ensuring the warehouse is clean and organized daily by managing trash bins, bailing discarded cardboard, organizing stock and ensuring workspaces are free of hazards.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of inventory counts and order picking.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts, order preparation, and shipping.
- Experience with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (or the willingness to get certified), hand trucks and cardboard bailer is a plus.
- Ability to work well within a team environment and take direction from supervisors.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or basic inventory software is preferred.

- Learn to operate powered industrial truck(s), such as: stand-up and sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, etc., including how to operate and maintain (change battery, recognize common mechanical issues) intermediate required

- Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers. Ensure all scanning is completed correctly. Help train dock employees on new procedures. Ensure facility is secure at end of shift; investigate/resolve scanning issues and housekeeping. Perform picking and packing duties. Check for evidence of product or container damage
- Perform the assigned tasks as described in the location's policies and procedures standards to include handling of materials within associated logical transactions
