Our Clark location is part of our Taste Division, producing flavors and ingredients. Our Clark facility is unique in the sense they have two buildings. The North building has a fruitier smell to it, the teams in that building are producing natural flavoring and essential oils. The South building is the complete opposite, it will have savory and garlic smells because the team is producing seasonings for meat, chicken broth, and beef gravy.

The typical hiring range for this role is $21.41 per hour and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime. Filler operator role is a second shift opportunity. Monday to Friday, some Saturday's 11AM to 7PM.
Key responsibilities
Warehouse Operative:
Responsible for the loading/unloading of inbound and Outbound freight in accordance to site rules and operating procedures. Systematic processing of freight as well as physical handling of materials.
Accurately release the proper freight and follow the loading instructions on the bills of lading.
Inspects documents, vehicles, and freight on inbound/outbound deliveries.
Process post goods issue/inbound delivery on shipments after loading/unloading using SAP System
Unloads inbound freight and inspects for vendor non-conformances
Moves and arranges inventory as instructed for organization, stock rotation and efficiency using RF scanners.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment and follow good safety practices as directed by safety teachings.
Maintain GMPs and complete functions listed on the sanitation schedule.
Proper handling of Allergen products and equipment according to Allergen Control Procedures
Safely operate Forklift Equipment and machinery as specified in zero tolerance policy
Other duties assigned by supervisor/manager.
Qualifications and skills
Minimum Requirements:
High School or equivalent. Must be able to operate forklifts and other equipment integral to the job functions. Some basic computer skills. Basic math skills, capable of reading and writing in English. Knowledge of hazardous material regulations. Must have good communication skills both verbal and written.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift to 100 pounds and move up to 500 pounds. Must be able to see and distinguish between labels. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and walk through the warehouse.
Working Environment:
Factory environment with exposure to flavor and basic product chemicals and raw materials.

Primary Purpose: Responsible for moving materials efficiently and timely for manufacturing and warehouse operations. Maintain accurate inventory records during movement of materials throughout the facility. Prepare Finished Goods Orders for Shipment to Customers in line with shipping requirements.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
1. Supply manufacturing with materials on a demand basis.

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Material Handling experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Positions need basic level of theoretical and practical know how, skills in specialized processes, techniques and systems used in office, production or lab environment.
  • Basic knowledge and experience of principles, procedures, work routines and skills in the related field of work, gained through structured and focused three-year vocational training period
