Key responsibilities
Warehouse Operative:
Responsible for the loading/unloading of inbound and Outbound freight in accordance to site rules and operating procedures. Systematic processing of freight as well as physical handling of materials.
Accurately release the proper freight and follow the loading instructions on the bills of lading.
Inspects documents, vehicles, and freight on inbound/outbound deliveries.
Process post goods issue/inbound delivery on shipments after loading/unloading using SAP System
Unloads inbound freight and inspects for vendor non-conformances
Moves and arranges inventory as instructed for organization, stock rotation and efficiency using RF scanners.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment and follow good safety practices as directed by safety teachings.
Maintain GMPs and complete functions listed on the sanitation schedule.
Proper handling of Allergen products and equipment according to Allergen Control Procedures
Safely operate Forklift Equipment and machinery as specified in zero tolerance policy
Other duties assigned by supervisor/manager.
Qualifications and skills
Minimum Requirements:
High School or equivalent. Must be able to operate forklifts and other equipment integral to the job functions. Some basic computer skills. Basic math skills, capable of reading and writing in English. Knowledge of hazardous material regulations. Must have good communication skills both verbal and written.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift to 100 pounds and move up to 500 pounds. Must be able to see and distinguish between labels. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and walk through the warehouse.
Working Environment:
Factory environment with exposure to flavor and basic product chemicals and raw materials.

While functioning as a temporary cover driver, also known as TCD, you will be required to:
- Work 8 10 hours each day (Monday through Friday) or (Tuesday Saturday)
- Have excellent customer contact and driving skills
While functioning as a warehouse worker you will:
- Typically work 3 - 5 hours each day (Monday through Friday) or (Tuesday-Saturday)
- Be required to work your assigned shift (based on operational needs)
So, what does it take to make it through a busy shift either loading/unloading boxes or delivering boxes of all shapes and sizes to homes and businesses in your community and beyond?
- The ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Stamina this is a workout like no other!
- Valid drivers licenseno CDL required (Type varies by State)
- Pass the DOT physical
- Excellent customer contact and driving skills
- Legal right to work in the U.S.
- Temporary cover drivers are expected to comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform
