XPDEL is looking for a Fulfillment Center Operations Associate (FCOA) to join our team. This position works on the warehouse floor, processing orders by picking and filling boxes/containers. They will always send and accept shipments while keeping the warehouse clean and safe. As an (FCOA), you will play an essential role in preparing items for delivery. Our facility provides services to multiple clients in the warehouse, so no day is the same. You will learn different logistics solutions for each new and existing client we service. The ideal candidate has experience working in an environment that can be cold and hot during different seasons. In this role, you will be responsible for **handling, moving, and securing customer assets** within our facility, ensuring operational efficiency and strict adherence to safety and security protocols. In this role, you will:
+ **Execute safe and efficient material handling** by loading and unloading trailers and moving, weighing, sorting, and breaking down pallets.
+ **Maintain operational effectiveness** by safely operating tools and equipment like a hand truck and box cutter, and ensuring a clean and safe work area.
+ **Ensure compliance and security** by following all established protocols to safeguard customer information and assets.
**What You'll Bring**
The ideal candidate will have:
+ **English reading, writing, and communication skills** to effectively understand instructions and documentation.
+ **Strong organization skills** and exceptional **attention to detail** to accurately manage and track customer inventory.

The Cash Logistics Processor Role:
In branch locations around the world, we're doing the critical cash accounting work that keeps modern commerce moving. Our work is essential, so our team members are essential. We verify bank deposits, prepare cash shipments and connect money from one place to the next. We do it because it makes us proud - #BrinksProud. As a Cash Logistics Processor at Brink's, you'll work within our branch locations to account for the cash and valuables we transport to banks and businesses worldwide.
This position requires the enforcement of rules to protect the premises and property of Brink's and its customers, as well as the safety of persons on the premises of Brink's and its customers.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Check in all work and cash through window
+ Verify cash, perform data input into iTrack, mix and check for all deposit types including check only, CompuSafe, ATM, Recyclers and mixed
+ Process check imaging into FIS system
+ Balance all individual teller sells
+ Validate bulk pull and fill each order by packing slip.
+ Complete checklist according to established deadlines for each major function throughout the day
+ Clean off stations at end of day, bundle trash according to specified procedure, sort deposit slips, ensure no work is remaining, print check manifest and make sure deposits match
+ Ensure all imaged work and teller paperwork is delivered to the appropriate areas and/or filed appropriately
+ Follow any direction provided by supervisor and/or manager
The Qualifications You Must Have:
+ 18 years old or older
+ Minimum of 3 months experience in any cash handling, inventory control, deposit processing, vault processing, account reconciliation, ATM processing environments or being a Cashier or Teller
+ Ability to lift 50 lbs.
+ Ability to satisfactorily complete and maintain all required internal training applicable to the position.

Fulfillment Center Operations Associate  

Role Description  

XPDEL is looking for a Fulfillment Center Operations Associate (FCOA) to join our team. This position works on the warehouse floor, processing orders by picking and filling boxes/containers. They will always send and accept shipments while keeping the warehouse clean and safe. As an (FCOA), you will play an essential role in preparing items for delivery. Our facility provides services to multiple clients in the warehouse, so no day is the same. You will learn different logistics solutions for each new and existing client we service. The ideal candidate has experience working in an environment that can be cold and hot during different seasons. This person will need to be able to work safely and quickly, standing for long periods while fulfilling orders.   

Key Result Areas    

  • Receiving, QA, and inventory management of products  
  • Accurately and efficiently pick/pack customer orders using an internal warehouse application  
  • Partner with Inventory Specialist to prepare deliveries for shipment  
  • Adhere to all safety policies, and procedures and complete all safety training and assessments  
  • Quality control inspection of products   

Skills and Qualifications  

  • Detail-oriented, reliable, organized, forward-thinking, proactive, and approachable  
  • Comfortable learning new software and providing feedback on tools used  
  • Warehouse/distribution experience is required; start-up experience is a plus  
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required  
  • Overtime will be required based on business needs  
  • Must have basic math skills and be computer savvy  
  • Able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds 
  • Must have a working cell phone and be willing to download an app to use for picking/packing  
  •   Punctual and dependable attendance
  • Ability to work with a diverse team
  • Follow all safety rules and exercise caution in all work-related activities
