 - Consistently conduct weekly and monthly coaching sessions 1-1 with direct reports, assess/address and coach to breach any productivity, quality, safety, attendance, housekeeping, or performance gaps.
 - Establish a culture of COLABORATION, RESPECT, DICIPLINE AND ACCOUNTABILITY by providing positive reinforcement and addressing performance, quality, productivity, safety, attendance, conduct and behavior gaps through the DC timely.

 - Responsible for ensuring that pick quantities are accurate and all picking and packing documents, dock receipts as well as packages are clearly labelled as per company procedures.
 - To assist with the off-loading of incoming containers and incoming truckload product deliveries and checking off stock to ensure it matches delivery documentation. Also responsible for advising supervisor immediately of any discrepancies.
 - Responsible for storing incoming goods in designated areas and arranged in an orderly manner with labels properly visible while ensuring that stock is rotated.
 - To assist with the loading of export containers and domestic truckload deliveries.
 - Responsible for preparing dock receipts for goods, including taking measurements and weight of goods and recording this information on company forms and/or computer systems.
 - Making sure that any discrepancies and/or damaged items are reported to the warehouse supervisor immediately.
 - Assist supervisor or managers with performing inventory stock counts.
 - To ensure that picked export orders are properly stacked and shrink wrapped and clearly labelled and stored together by customer in an organized manner and staged prior to shipments.
 - Provide recommendations to the supervisor for improvements in safety practices & work environment.
 - Responsible for ensuring compliance with company and government safety guidelines.
 - Operation of Forklift and in a safe manner.
 - Wearing safety shoes and uniforms at all times while on the job.
