Job Description:
1. Answering phones/delivering messages
2. Scheduling client reviews and updating any changes prior to the client meeting
3. Client Reporting: Orion Software - (We will train)
4. Cash Balance Reports review with registered advisor/ monthly
5. Investment Policy Questionnaires with clients and recording results
6. ACH/ Money Movement between accounts or institutions
7. New Account Opening/Ongoing Maintenance
8. First point of contact and return client service requests
9. 529 College distributions to university payment centers
10. Client indirect marketing/ birthday gifts, center of influence small events, etc
11. Compliance Reporting Monthly/quarterly: Trade Blotters, Share Class Reviews, etc
12. Working closely with our custodian Raymond James on operations requirements
13. Monthly review with the advisor on recording investments, rationale, and documenting the information in Redtail CRM system
14. Master user of the team calendar: Redtail CRM software

**Job Description:**
This EGP Trainee is a training program to develop and prepare candidates to further develop and service the FA Teams client base. The Trainee role allows EGP Specialist to become fully license and require the appropriate designations before taking on the full EGP Specialist role. This position operates in a marketing and sales development role by implementing and executing the Elite Growth Practice. Specific accountabilities for the role may vary depending on the team's practice. Performance is measured by the FA or FA team through specific goals, metrics, and behaviors related to the execution of the EGP model. Core Responsibilities: Develop and service client segments and the next generation and their next generations and beneficiaries. Gather additional assets from existing client base and deepen relationships by partnering with all Merrill partners to deliver full breadth solutions. Coordinate technological support through the development of portfolio analysis, proposals and direct mail campaigns utilizing Salesforce and other tools and resources. Provide technical expertise in certain product areas (e.g. Corporate 401(k), Rule 144, Insurance, Wealth Management Workstation) Provide marketing and organizational support. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. This position allows the individual to become fully licensed and achieve the appropriate designations required for the position. The **Elite Growth Practice (EGP) Private Wealth Management Specialist** is responsible for performing a variety of specialized functions across a Financial Advisor team such as: Business Management, Business Development, Wealth Planning, Investment Management or Relationship Management.
