Seeking candidates with deep Wealth Management recruitment experience. Heavy and seasoned recent Banking/Financial Services recruitment experience is a must have.

Volume and Standard Touch Recruiters will support client hiring managers with filling their vacancies to target start dates, ensuring all quality thresholds and SLAs/KPIs are met. They will manage the end-to-end recruitment process working in conjunction with colleagues in teams such as Sourcing and Administration, utilizing relevant recruitment technology applications. They will deliver excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels, acting as the custodian of candidate quality and the hiring manager experience.

Salary Range: $71-$95K
Key Accountabilities
What you will be doing:

Client Stakeholder Relationships
  • Create and maintain trusted partner relationships with hiring managers/Talent Acquisition Managers. This includes being responsible for the end-to-end delivery of recruitment services to them, advising them on the recruitment process and ensuring that timelines are correctly identified and met
  • Inform attraction strategies, working with Sourcing and hiring managers to correctly identify approach based on market and hiring demands
  • Make recommendations for best fit and skills profile, coaching hiring managers on what may or may not be achievable
Internal Stakeholder Relationships
  • Monitor funnel metrics in partnership with Sourcing to ensure bottlenecks are identified and addressed ahead of time
  • Collaborate effectively with relevant teams, such as Sourcing and Administration teams to ensure a smooth client and candidate experience
  • Mentor supporting teams, such as Sourcing and Administration teams on best practice approaches and client culture, supporting them in achieving success in their roles
Recruitment Delivery
  • Ensure the recruitment service is delivered in line with contractual obligations and client service level agreements
  • Lead vacancy consultation discussions in partnership with the Sourcer to agree the recruitment plans with hiring managers- this includes role requirements, sourcing strategy, DEI requirements, pay range, agreed timeframes, responsibilities of all involved, and the selection process.
  • Collaborate with Sourcing team on the iterative process of narrowing down high-quality candidates and jointly review the shortlist with the hiring manager
  • Deliver excellent candidate experience in conjunction with the Sourcer; managing candidate satisfaction with the recruitment experience, from initial interview to start date
  • Support the hiring manager with hiring decisions and guide them in determining an appropriate offer
  • Manage the offer process and close the candidate
  • Proactively manage future demand by facilitating demand planning meetings to discuss forecasts with client resourcing lead team.
  • Where relevant support development of Assessment Centre plan
  • Implement Talent Pooling plan and report on progress regularly
Technology and Compliance

•Ensure that all changes to a candidate's status and requisition updates are tracked in real time in all
relevant systems (client and AMS)
•Identify and share opportunities for continuous improvement within the delivery process, with the
relevant internal stakeholders
•Share upselling opportunities to Manager - Client Services
•Support account contractual management by identifying and flagging scope creep
•Ensure compliance with legislation affecting area of work (e.g. age discrimination, employment risks for
contractors, OFCCP (US), data management techniques or similar local legislative requirements)
•Identify and share compliance risks in line with the overall AMS Risk Management Framework with the
relevant internal stakeholders
Skills & Experience

What you will have:

•Seeking deep Wealth Management recruitment experience for this opportunity. Heavy recent Banking/Financial Services recruitment experience is a must have.

•Experience of managing client or customer relationships

•An awareness and basic understanding of the need for compliance and legislation

**Job Description**
The Wealth Management Banker in the affluent segment is responsible for the overall affluent client experience, ensuring collaboration of relevant entities in order to deliver the full spectrum of U.S. Bank products and services with respect to capabilities and solutions, which includes identification of other experts such as mortgage, small business banking and personal trust services. **Job Description:**
This job is responsible for performing a variety of specialized functions across a team of Financial Advisors, such as business management, business development, wealth planning, investment management, or relationship management. Key responsibilities include providing quality client service, and operations support and executing problems where extensive analysis and evaluation is required. Job expectations include having knowledge of the Merrill Wealth Management business and supporting team members as needed. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Since this position requires SAFE Act registration, employees are required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provides quality client service and effective operations support by resolving client issues and analyzing data to address risk issues and trends
+ Escalates issues and provides resolution on complex inquiries, requests, and problems related to client concerns
+ Documents client interactions and provides team members with time sensitive updates
+ Attends client review meetings to capture notes, document in Salesforce, and tracks all actions/activities to ensure the highest level of client service is provided

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Series 7, 63/65 or 66 or equivalent; must obtain all state registrations held by the Financial Advisor(s) and Advisor Team(s) they support

+ Demonstrated expertise and impact in at least two of the following specialized functions: Wealth Planning, Investment Management, Business Development, Business Management and/or Relationship Management
+ Possess and demonstrate strong communication skills
+ Demonstrate an understanding of how to deliver a strong overall client experience
+ Thorough knowledge and understanding of the suite of Wealth Management products and services
+ Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
+ Strong partnership and relationship management skills; ability to work across Elite Growth Program (EGP) functions and organizational lines/levels
+ Ability to influence and demonstrate clear communication and collaboration with others to make sound decisions without direct authority
+ Analytical skills with ability to identify trends, root cause and effects and implement improved processes to increase growth and mitigate risk
+ Ability to identify client needs and concerns and articulate appropriate approach to align solutions to goals to support responsible growth?

Advisors are eligible to participate in competitive variable compensation package (paid on external sales, book of business, and balanced performance metrics) with material upside potential.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
