Job Summary:
We are seeking a data-driven and highly analytical Supply Chain Analyst to support our demand forecasting, planning, and decision-making processes. This role requires deep expertise in statistical forecasting , Excel modeling , and dashboard creation , with the ability to simplify complex data for clear business impact. Experience in S&OE, S&OP , POS data, price elasticity modeling, and inventory strategy is essential. Exposure to consulting environments is a plus, as is a strong ability to communicate and collaborate across business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development and refinement of statistical demand forecasts at SKU, product family, and customer levels using quantitative models and historical data.
- Support and enhance the S&OP process by providing data-driven insights, forecast performance analysis, and scenario planning.
- Analyze price elasticity, POS and promotional lift to forecast demand shifts and optimize pricing strategies.
- Calculate and maintain safety stock levels and planning parameters using statistical models and variability analysis.
- Build and manage dashboards and reporting tools to visualize KPIs, forecast accuracy, and inventory trends.
- Design and deliver PowerPoint presentations that translate complex supply chain issues into clear, actionable recommendations.

The Selling Partners Support ecosystem is constantly evolving and our analytics systems must be maintained and adapted to ensure our measurement strategy and reporting mechanisms accommodate these changes. Build a variety of analytics and visualization solutions to support our team. Autonomously perform deep dives, uncovering new trends/areas that may need attention. Partner closely with Program Managers to help design experiments and look for new opportunities with focus on 1) designing the right set of metrics that will allow us to measure our overall routing performance across key systems, as well as 2) Standardize input data feeds into our products.

What you'll do.
The Yield Operations Manager will manage day-to-day yield decisions, pricing, deals and discounts, evaluation of inventory volume, rollout of rate cards while partnering closely with Sales Ops, Sales, Ad Ops and the Analytics team in ensuring maximum budget fulfillment, creation and review of media plans and packages, and advising direct Sales on what we can fulfill.

* Work with the Analytics and Tools teams to build operational and revenue models that show the impact of the Yield Ops strategies.
* Provide input to Ad Ops on campaign pacing and optimization.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of progressive media analytics experience in a digital advertising environment.
* Excellent communicator, across multiple levels/functions with the ability to influence and drive action.
* Strong written, presentation and verbal communication with the ability to express complex topics clearly and easily.
* Strong working knowledge of Ad network/Ad exchange/DSP/SSP/Publisher preferred.
* Proven track record of partnering with Sales, Sales Ops, and Ad Ops to achieve yield optimization results.
* Excellent quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills, experience with financial analysis, forecasting and modeling.
* Experience in developing monetization strategies, inventory optimization, and campaign management.
