+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
+ Experience in taking technical consumer products from conception to launch within the privacy, trust or fraud domain.

Preferred qualifications:

In this role you will support YouTube Trust and Safety efforts focusing on Creator and Community Abuse. You will focus on defining, detecting and preventing scaled abuse by adversarial actors (e.g., creators or viewers) on the YouTube platform. You will identify relationships between YouTube channels in an effort to prevent abuse from bad actors before it manifests. You will also monitor and track abuse trends and contribute to the solution roadmaps that help achieve goals.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Leverage your expertise in Trust and Safety, adversarial abuse, or fraud prevention to protect YouTube's creators and community.
+ Launch new products, features and controls based on machine learning technologies, test their performance, and iterate.
+ Work with partner teams (e.g., engineers, Program Managers (PgMs), User Experience (UX)) during product design and development to implement the requirements to turn Product Requirements Documents into Objectives and Key Results.
+ Advocate abuse resilience and influence partner teams to incorporate the standards into product design to minimize abuse incentive.
