HII-Technical Solutions Division (TSD) is currently seeking a Russian Cryptologic Language Analyst to perform tasks required to process language materials/data at the customer site in Fort Meade, Maryland.
What you will do
The candidate shall demonstrate the following cryptologic language processing skills:
+ Scanning, sorting/categorizing foreign language written and verbal materials to recover essential elements of information
+ Completing lists, translations, and transcriptions, of complex and sophisticated written and/or spoken materials from required language to English, and English to the required language
+ Performing quality control on language processing activities
+ Compiling and updating operational work aids and databases
+ Drafting intelligence reports
What we are looking for
+ 2 years of relevant experience with Bachelor's in related field; 0 years of experience with Master's in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 6 years of relevant experience
+ Performance at Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) skill level 3 in audio translation and text translation from Russian into idiomatic, standard American English; skill level shall be documented within 2 years prior to resume submission
+ Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI with Poly
Bonus points for.
+ Equivalent of 4 years of full-time experience in Cryptologic Operations performing language processing in the required language(s)
+ Translating and/or transcribing, and gisting shall be the primary duty for at least 2 of the 4 years of experience
+ Reporting shall be the primary duty for no more than 1 year of the required 4 years
+ 2 years of end product reporting experience
+ 3 years performing Computer Network Operations

- Native speakers: Minimum ILR proficiency level 2 in reading, writing, speaking, and listening in English and ILR proficiency level 4 in reading, writing, speaking, and listening in your native language.
- Native English speakers: Minimum ILR proficiency level 3 in reading and listening in the target language and ILR 4 in English.
