Compensation:
The annual base compensation for this role starts at $70,000 . The successful candidate's actual base compensation will be based upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to work experience, job related knowledge, skills and professional qualifications.
You will also be eligible for up $11,000 in performance-related bonus pay.
Base and bonus compensation are just two components of Industrious total compensation package that may be available to employees. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Operating hand wheels, levers, and depresses pedals to drive machines and control attachments, such as blades, buckets, scrapers, and swing booms.
- Grading or redistributing earth, aggregates, or materials for the construction of structures.
- Operating GPS and laser leveling machine to regulate elevation and angle of slopes performing rough grading.
- Fastening attachments or accessories to equipment, and aligning depth gauge marker with reference stakes and guidelines on ground or positioning equipment following hand signals.
- Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure the machine is working properly.

POSITION PURPOSE
The Foreman - Slurry/Micro Seal - Phoenix Maintenance will assist the Superintendent with the daily production activities and assume supervisory duties when the Superintendent is absent. The Foreman job description is in addition to the Laborer/Operator job description and responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct daily safety and job site meetings with Field Personnel and Subcontractors.

- Oversee the execution of work, to ensure that Field Personnel are scheduled and complete the job within contract/job confines.
- May periodically reassess daily goals to meet forecasted production.
- Review and inspect completed job and meet with Superintendent, Production Manager, and/or Project Consultant to rectify any concerns.
- May be responsible for maintaining daily logs and inputting job costs, material costs and labor, and maintaining daily logs into Company systems daily.
- Serve as key Company representative in the field, communicating with customers, Sub-contractors, vendors and the general public. Help to manage customer and public expectations and provide a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities
Evidence-Based Teaching & Learning:
* Program Outcomes: Implement the College's philosophy, curriculum, and course objectives through diverse teaching methods, including classroom, online, and clinical settings.
* Curricular Innovations: Develop and revise course materials annually, ensuring they meet the highest standards of educational excellence.

Qualifications
* Master's Degree in Nursing*
* Professional nurse licensure required
* Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience working in a clinical setting, preferably with Community, Leadership or Med/Surg experience
* Prior teaching experience preferred with passion for teaching and openness to teaching a variety of courses
* Experientially prepared to teach assigned courses
* Maintain current regulatory and practice credentials, when appropriate, based on assignment
* Excellent communication skills along with a high level of initiative and prudent judgment
* Scholarship Requirements: Demonstrates scholarship congruent with the level of rank.
* Education and experience must align with regulations in the state and comply with the rules and regulations of state authorization agencies, which may include the higher education board and/or licensing board in multiple states.
Additional Information
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $53,520.9 and $93,918.96. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility. Overview
Summary: Manages all functions of the restaurant to ensure customer service and high quality products are delivered and ensures restaurant profitability. Responsible for the successful execution of fast and accurate sandwiches, world-class customer service while maintaining a clean and organized shift
Duties and Responsibilities- Manages a staff of 3 Assistant Managers and approximately 25-30 employees. Assigns oversees and evaluates work for compliance
- Manage hiring, training, evaluating, discipline, and termination of employees
- Provides on the job training for new employees
- Delegates and is responsible for the ordering receipt, storage, and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies for the unit to ensures a minimum loss from waste or theft
- Assists in the supervision, preparation, sales, and service of food
- Forecasts food items by estimating what amount of each food item will be consumed per shift
- Supervises food preparation and service operations while on duty. Assists In shopper during rush periods to ensure the maintenance of restaurant efficiency.
- Assists In shoppers with greeting customers, taking orders, using the cash register, assembling orders, and checking for completeness and correctness
- Ensures that every customer received world-class customer service
- Routes deliveries and supervises drivers to maximize delivery business and speed
- Completes daily food preparations (opening procedures, meat and vegetable slicing, bread production)
- Executes systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness
- Completes daily, weekly and period paperwork with accuracy
- Controls inventory by using a weekly inventory system and maintaining regular inventory ordering schedules
- Conducts Weekly Manager meetings
- Audits system and procedures as well as shift ending paperwork
- Completes preventative maintenance and upkeep on stores equipment and supplies
- Performs other related duties as required
- Responsible for 100% of the cash drawers during the shift
- Manages deposits and change orders per Deposit Operating Procedure
- Must be able to speak, read and write the English language fluently and clearly. Must have strong math abilities in addition, subtraction, fractions, and percentages. Understand use of personal computer of various software such as Excel and Word.
- Required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, lift up to 50 pounds.
