Position OverviewLevelpath is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts. - Build and execute a hiring process across multiple complex searches while holding a high bar
- Manage both the recruiting process but also your internal stakeholders to ensure the recruiting process is moving forward efficiently
- Ensure a clean handover from the top of the funnel to closing
- Own recruiting platforms and tools with a drive for continual process improvement
- Implement sourcing processes to build a robust talent pipeline including managing third party recruiting firms
- Maintain data integrity of pipeline and provide data-centric updates to hiring managers and leadership
- Earn the trust of our team, candidates, and vendors through honesty and candor
- Work closely with the leadership team from the San Francisco HQ
- 3+ years of relevant experience with a focus on go-to-market (GTM) roles including demonstrated career growth and an expanded scope of responsibilities.
- Proven ability to own talent acquisition processes during a period of rapid growth within a high-growth enterprise SaaS company.
- Strong track record of building effective partnerships across departments and collaborating with leadership teams to meet hiring goals.
- Expertise in managing a complex recruitment pipeline, including leveraging and optimizing a suite of talent acquisition tools.
- Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) from an accredited university.

- Within existing guidelines, and approval from both the TA Manager and hiring manager, deploy third-party recruiter assistance in support of hiring demands. Optimize HR tools and resources daily to conduct effective recruiting and selection. Manage the use and data integrity of the recruiting/HR system(s) to record/track applicants in staging, applicant status, declinations, offers and on-boarding in compliance with state and federal laws.
- Maintain accurate documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure compliance.
- Stay up to date with recruiting trends and techniques identifying and applying new and innovative ways to attract and source talent.
- Assist with recruiting where needed. This will require sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for roles throughout the organization based on business needs and workloads.
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field is required; may consider a combination of education, training, and/or experience in lieu of a degree.
- Three or more years of relevant full cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the construction industry.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
- Proven track record of success with directly engaging and hiring high quality talent, and driving recruiting initiatives, including diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Who You Are:You are a motivated Talent Acquisition professional who is passionate about helping to grow and impact a company by sourcing and recruiting top-tier talent. You will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process and collaborate closely with hiring managers to attract and acquire top talent for BHG. You will utilize your expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, and evaluation to build a strong talent pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience. Your ability to understand business needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly will be crucial in driving our talent acquisition efforts.
What You'll Do- The Talent Acquisition Partner should have an in-depth understanding of BHG.
- BHG's Talent Acquisition Partners will become experts in recruiting top talent in the Financial Services and FinTech industries.
- Role will have an emphasis on Sales and Sales Support hiring.
- Be a head-hunter – source candidates on job boards like LinkedIn and Indeed, through referrals, social media intermediaries like Facebook, X, GitHub, and Stack Overflow, and partner with the Early Talent Program for entry-level talent.
- The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the entire recruiting life cycle: initial screen, hiring manager interviews, assessment testing, offer negotiations, and communication with BHG's New Hire Experience team.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and provide feedback and guidance regarding candidate selection.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- A creative mindset as it relates to sourcing talent, including but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter searches, X-ray searches, and AI-based sourcing tools.
- An out-of-the-box outreach strategy to engage with passive candidates.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Lever.
- An innate knack for building relationships extremely quickly and fostering them over a long period.
- Intermediate interviewing skills
- A proactive approach to delivering talent to hiring managers.
- Talent Acquisition Partners should have experience using negotiation and closing techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Squarespace is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruiting efforts for our Go-To-Market team, including Customer Operations, Brand, Commercial, Sales, and Domains + Applications. The Talent Acquisition Partner drives the recruitment process by partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs, sourcing and screening top talent, guiding candidates through the hiring process, and ensuring a successful match between hiring needs and candidates’ experiences, interests, and career goals.
This role aims to contribute to the company's mission by identifying and hiring the talent that drives innovation and success. You will work hybrid from our NYC headquarters and report to a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner on the GTM team.
Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruiting across our Customer Operations and Go-To-Market teams in the US.
- Build sourcing strategies tailored to the specific needs for each role and team, focusing on diversity and inclusion.
- Build high-trust relationships with hiring managers, interviewers and stakeholders alike, communicating weekly search updates.
- Develop an understanding of the impact, goals, processes, culture, and skill sets needed of hiring teams to co-author job postings, craft recruitment strategies, and communicate with candidates.
- Proactively manage multiple pipelines for high-priority roles.
- Ensure candidates have an excellent experience throughout the hiring process, from initial sourcing to onboarding.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for applicants, referrals, and internal candidates, maintaining timely, on-brand communication at every step.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) to support reporting and onboarding processes.
- Proactively identify problems or blockers, collaborate with senior recruiters, and suggest solutions to improve hiring outcomes.
- Participate in internal and cross-functional projects as stretch assignments to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Learn from senior team members, develop your recruiting expertise, and demonstrate a growth mindset.
- 3-5+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting support role, supporting high-volume or high-complexity client groups
- Experience working within strict timelines

Cash Compensation Range: $85,500 - $125,000 USD
The base salary for this position will vary based on job-related criteria including relevant skills, experience, and location, among other factors. In addition to the cash compensation above (which includes base salary and, where applicable for eligible roles, may include on-target commissions or overtime pay), Squarespace employees are eligible to be granted an option to purchase our common stock.
