About this role

The Onsite Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates to fill job orders for various clients. Acts as a liaison through the full recruiting and onboarding lifecycle and provides exceptional customer service to candidates. Complies with meeting performance KPIs and SLA metrics and focuses on an improved candidate experience. Partners with existing clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs. Analyzes hiring needs, determines best recruiting methods, and creates/deploys client-specific and role-specific recruiting strategies. Builds and maintains a comprehensive candidate pipeline that addresses client needs. Serves as subject matter expert on market trends, target industries, and roles.

What you'll be doing

Sourcing & Recruiting

  • Administers job postings in various systems.
  • Attend to all candidates that contact the onsite, whether in person or online, ensuring that all candidates are provided with correct information about Adecco, offers, job guidance, and training and development programs clearly and professionally.
  • Complies with and executes required recruitment and submission activity KPIs.
  • Conduct structured interviews with candidates - providing feedback and advising next steps.
  • Conducts moderately complex searches leveraging Adecco and internet tools, analyzes results, and modifies as appropriate to meet needs inventory.
  • Complete candidate hiring/onboarding processes in accordance with client and organizational requirements.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates anticipating future client fulfillment requests.
  • Builds successful recruiting strategies for professional skill sets.
  • Create, implement and manage innovative strategies to attract top talent and increase retention.
  • Assist with creating, implementing, and executing robust recruitment plans to meet the client's hiring needs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) related to Adecco's recruitment tools and processes.
  • Extends offer of assignment, including compensation and bill rate negotiation.
  • Facilitates interviews with candidates and customers, including candidate preparation and client brief. Conducts debrief with the candidate and customer following the interview.
  • Identifies sources, screens, and schedules top-quality candidates for open opportunities.
  • Establish a recruitment plan based on the number of workers necessary to achieve the goal.
  • Identifies, evaluates and recommends innovative solutions to address client needs and issues.
  • Interacting with the client, advising of market conditions, providing thought leadership, etc.
  • Facilitate regular communication with the vertical teams regarding open opportunities, client fulfillment requests/priorities, attrition trends, and other pertinent metrics.
  • Facilitates Adecco-specific onboarding process.
  • Anticipate and understand the local talent market and implement a workforce planning strategy to ensure a continuous pipeline of quality talent.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with both passive and active candidates.
  • Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine the best placement options.
  • Assesses candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility with client requirements.
  • Assist candidates with resumes, interview preparation, and coaching for specific roles.
  • Develop candidate and community engagement programs to strengthen Adecco's footprint in the market.
  • Coordinates and consults with hiring managers to understand clients' specialized needs better, maximize service level and encourage relationship building.
  • Develop and own local recruiting resource relationships and grassroots recruiting plans. Coordinate logistics for recruiting events.
  • Develops candidate executive summary for resume submittal.
  • Maintains awareness of market salaries and benefits of local competitors and identifies staffing trends.
Job Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience is required. Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit or in the staffing or human resources solutions industries is highly desirable.

About this role

Reporting to the Director level, the Associate Director has responsibility and accountability for Onsites and branches within a specified geography. Partner with the associate care organization to provide an outstanding candidate and associate experience. This leader must create an atmosphere where a culture of diversity is embraced, performance is recognized or addressed, and development of current role and careers are fostered. Relationship development with key stakeholders and field teams is critical.

What you'll be doing

Leadership & People Management

  • Provide leadership to the regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco's philosophy and practices in our approach to colleague, candidate, associate, client, and delivery obsession.
  • Ensure that each team member understands the strategy, is fully trained, and set up for success.
  • Recruits, develops, and motivates Managers to ensure consistency in sales and service to drive growth.
  • Trains new Managers in a timely manner and coaches managers on how to manage their team.
  • Supports on-going training to familiarize staff with Adecco's new policies, procedures, and methods applicable to their positions.
  • Conducts performance evaluations and prepares developmental plans for staff in a timely manner.

Account Retention & Growth

  • Holds leaders accountable for meeting SLA targets and all agreed upon client requirements (both operational and contractual).
  • Establishes and maintains rapport with key clients.
  • Cultivates client relationships at the C-level.
  • Strives for strategic ingenuity through the development, implementation and measurement of process efficiencies, productivity metrics and quality of service.
  • Develop innovative solutions that can be scaled across multiple clients in the industry and gain alignment to execute
  • Ensures Managers emphasize quality and service and identifies opportunities for further growth of existing accounts
  • Supports Managers in maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction Survey feedback through regular business reviews with clients
  • Serve as escalation point for Clients to discuss issues or requests
  • Contribute to the commercial development of strategic prospects and accounts (acquisition, migration, market share, cross sell services)
  • Elaborate and propose a strategy for driving profitable sales growth through client penetration.
  • Audits and monitors Onsite and Branch activities to ensure optimum service levels.
  • Coaches team to anticipate clients' needs based on historical and current business activity and knowledge of industry and markets.
  • Create and maintain mechanisms/forums to seek and act upon candidate and associate feedback for continuous improvement
  • Utilizes corporate sponsored promotional activities to increase knowledge of Adecco in the local market.

Financial & Operational

  • Holds team accountable for identifying and developing the sourcing strategy.
  • Fully accountable for monthly performance, KPI analysis and achievements, resulting in a positive impact on the P&L, with the objective of growth
  • Execute the solution designed by the sales organization through new implementations or expansions
  • Controls financial activities; monitors bill rates, credit extension procedures, collections and adherence to budget.
  • Supported by the Middle Office, monitors workers' compensation and unemployment claims to minimize exposure and resulting expenses.
  • Ensures full compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Develops and maintains knowledge of economic trends and changes affecting local businesses.
  • Prepare and present a monthly/quarterly business review to the Regional Vice President
Job Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience is required. A minimum of five years leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry preferred. Management of large onsite portfolio.

  • Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to establish, maintain, and leverage effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent problem solving skills, using data to identify problems and craft solutions.
  • Capable of managing conflicting priorities; meeting deadlines; preparing and giving formal presentations.
  • Must be able to travel extensively.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $82,308 -$150,897 . Compensation varies based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, key skills, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the position is also eligible for incentive compensation based on achievements outlined in the compensation plan.

About this role

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.

Minimum of three (3) years of experience recruiting top tier, mid- to senior-level candidates or relevant industry experience is required.

Combination of post-high school education and related professional work experience equivalent to seven (7) years may be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.

  • Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
