SummaryThe Certified Mobile Research Nurse is a Registered Nursing per diem/PRN position for PCM Trials. A PCM Trials CMRN is responsible for setting appointments within the required visitation window to complete mobile visits for study participants. We are looking for CMRNs to visit an Adult population who can perform the following skills during a mobile visit:
Blood and urine specimen collection and processing
IP receipt and return
Physical assessment
6 and 12 lead ECG
Visits must be completed M-F during standard business hours
Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Two (2) years' experience in starting and performing Phlebotomy/Peripheral Blood Draw, IVs, and Subcutaneous Injections (date of last practice within 6 months, preferred)
One (1) year of experience collecting vital signs, ECG, urine samples, and performing urine pregnancy tests
Must have and maintain a current, unrestricted license as a RN in the state(s) of practice
Skilled at collecting accurate, detailed patient records including documentation of medical history and medication charting
Excellent observational, verbal, written communication, and problem-solving skills
Must have and maintain a current CPR certification
Must have and maintain a current TB Test
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
Licensed driver with good driving record and automobile insurance in accordance with state and/or agency requirements and in good repair
An ability to speak other languages
Gain CMRN GCP training certification
Be a member of our general staffing pool
No research experience required, on the job training provided
Contribute to advancements of truly life changing treatments

Duties Responsibilities
Endoscopy Nurses (RN) are registered nurses with expertise in Endoscopy with an understanding in physiology, pathophysiology, endoscopy procedures and pharmacodynamics of conscious sedation anesthesia and analgesia.
- Performs assessment/data collection in an ongoing and systematic manner, focusing on physiologic, psychobiologic and cognitive needs of the patient/family. Utilizes assessment data in formulating nursing diagnoses.
- Provides technical assistance during diagnostic and therapeutic Endoscopic procedures, ensuring safe working practice.
- Maintains personal contact with patients and relatives, being sensitive to their needs for courtesy, dignity and privacy and ensuring a friendly environment at all times.
- Stores, checks and administers medication in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
- Maintains timely and accurate nursing records and ensuring that confidentiality is respected.
- Works with minimal supervision during endoscopic procedures, admission and recovery of patients and other related procedures

- Monitor, collect, analyze, and report data on HAIs.

?Infection Prevention Program:

?Education & Training:
- Conduct onboarding and annual training for staff, with ongoing education on emerging infection threats.

?Collaboration & Leadership:
- Co-chair the Infection Control Committee and support interdisciplinary initiatives.

- Current RN license in Alaska (or compact license with AK endorsement)
