**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician 2, responsible for comprehensive inspection, advanced preventive maintenance strategies, and swift resolution of emergency repairs across all distribution warehouse equipment. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong mechanical and electrical expertise, exceptional troubleshooting abilities, and a systematic approach to preventive maintenance. With a focus on operational excellence, this role is pivotal in sustaining the high-performance standards of our 280,000 sqft. distribution facility.
**Responsibilities**
**PM shift Sunday-Thursday, 5pm-1:30am.**
**Base rate is $37/hr with a $ shift differential.**
**Equipment Maintenance**
· Exhibits self-driven initiative and technical expertise in mechanical and electrical work.
· Proficient in troubleshooting tasks for both electrical and mechanical equipment.
· Conducts thorough equipment inspections and executes necessary repairs.
· Executes scheduled preventive maintenance tasks with precision.
· Tracks parts and work orders efficiently using computerized maintenance management systems.
· Immediate troubleshooting and repairs for critical equipment, including palletizing equipment, and conveyors.
· Undertakes fabrication and welding work as required.
· Operates within strict deadlines for time-sensitive repairs, scheduled shutdowns, emergency shutdowns, and expedited projects.
· Manages a diverse range of tasks, including daily maintenance, preventative maintenance, rebuild work, immediate breakdowns, production operations support, equipment modifications, and improvement projects.
· Collaborates with the Maintenance Manager in coordinating and overseeing contractors as needed.
· Maintains proactive and open communication with the Maintenance Manager, Technicians, and Production Supervisors both verbally and electronically.
**Facility Maintenance**
· Conducts maintenance inspections and performs repairs as required for the distribution facility.
· Addresses immediate repairs for any emergency facility equipment.
· Takes a proactive approach to providing preventative maintenance for both equipment and infrastructure.
· Participates in planned and unplanned downtime projects, shutdowns, and emergency work as needed.
**Safety & Compliance**
· Contributes to a safe workplace by performing all tasks by following NFPA 70E, OSHA, EPA, and CDC policies.
**Other Responsibilities**
· Assists in managing and updating inventories of repair parts and supplies.
· Efficiently communicates with fellow technicians through electronic channels.
· Thoroughly documents all work orders, preventive maintenance tasks, and parts in the CMMS program.
· Supervises and accompanies on-site contractors as needed.
· Contributes to the training of new technicians, sharing knowledge, and providing support in their onboarding process.
**Knowledge and Experience Requirements**
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance field.
· Possesses the necessary experience, technical skills, aptitude, and education to perform mechanical and electrical duties, including equipment disassembly, equipment rebuilds, preventive maintenance, immediate repairs, and troubleshooting.
· Mandatory experience in both Mechanical and Electrical domains.
· Automation and fabrication skills are essential.
· Can proficiently comprehend and interpret technical manuals and prints.
· Preferred experience with NFPA 70E guidelines, OSHA regulations, and Building Code.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills are crucial.
· Demonstrates self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

**Working conditions**
The CDC maintenance team delivers around-the-clock coverage and assistance for sorting and packaging equipment.

· Limited flexibility for both start and end times is necessary to meet business needs.
· Infrequent weekend work may be assigned as required for certain preventive maintenance needs.
· Physical presence on site is required.

As a **Senior Telecom Designer** at Olsson, you will play a pivotal role in designing and drafting advanced low voltage, telecommunications, and audio/visual systems in a collaborative environment. You will be expected to independently execute non-routine design assignments using your diversified knowledge of engineering and design principles. Your expertise will drive key elements of project success, ranging from detailed design work to client communication.
Responsibilities:
+ Lead design efforts by applying your deep expertise in telecommunications, security, and audio/visual systems design, including MDF/IDF/Demarc room layouts, horizontal cabling, wireless access, surveillance systems, nurse call, and access control systems.
+ Utilize advanced CAD/BIM software to produce detailed designs for data center and building system layouts, cable routing, and equipment placement.
+ Collaborate with engineers and clients to recommend and execute innovative design solutions that meet project needs, ensuring high-quality outcomes and adherence to specifications.
+ Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced technicians, offering training and technical support to ensure project consistency and quality.
+ Manage project components independently, including overseeing design calculations, updating technical drawings, specifying materials, and reviewing project specifications.
+ Represent Olsson in client meetings, showcasing our technical expertise and commitment to strong partnerships and project success.
+ Conduct site visits to inspect project conditions and ensure design feasibility, with the flexibility to adapt to varying site conditions and weather.

Colorado Pay Range
$95,000-$144,000USD
