**Job Responsibilities**
+ Researches and obtains information for routine and moderately complex reports and special assignments.
+ Analyzes problems, determines approach, compiles and analyzes data, and prepares reports/recommendations for action by superior.
+ Contacts company personnel at all organizational levels and outside parties to gather information and prepare reports.
+ May act as coordinator of departmental projects, following up on pending details, coordinating project team activities and ensuring deadlines are met.
+ Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature and requires a broad knowledge of departmental and company practices, policies and programs.
+ Makes appointments, travel arrangements, meeting arrangements and coordinates activities between departments and outside parties.

+ Operates general office equipment such as personal computer, copier, calculator, or other office machines.
**Job Requirements**
+ High School Diploma; 2-4 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and or experience in a related field.
+ Good oral and written communications skills equivalent to those obtained in high school or commensurate experience.
+ Typically requires advanced word-processing and other personal computer skills.
+ Extensive working knowledge of departmental and company policies, procedures and practices.
+ Ability to prioritize and organize work.

+ Processes returns in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and maintains paperwork
+ Pallet management: orders CHEP and white wood pallets for the site, conducts reconciliation of pallet count, researches large pallet system variances
+ Using the location's WMS system, updates area or shift metrics as needed

Responsibilities:
- Manage complex and dynamic calendars for senior executives, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
- Coordinate and prepare agendas, materials, and minutes for executive meetings.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, calls, and mail, ensuring timely responses.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high level of accuracy.
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Process expense reports and manage departmental budgets and purchasing.
- Maintain confidential files and records with utmost discretion.
- Act as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the executive office and provide a professional point of contact.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience providing administrative support to senior executives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, anticipating needs.
- Experience with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
