- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in aviation safety analysis or a similar role within an airline, MRO, or aviation regulatory body.
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations (e.g., Part 121, Part 145) and ICAO safety standards.
- Proficiency in safety data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Aviation Safety Management System (SMS) training are highly desirable.
- Pilot's license or A&P mechanic certification is a plus.
