**Job Summary**
The Assistant Account Manager will support the Senior Account Manager and Director in the execution of retail sales strategies, manage key account relationships, and ensure flawless execution of product launches, promotional activities, and merchandising initiatives. This role is responsible for operational support and cross-functional coordination to drive business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
Retail Strategy & Execution:
+ Assist the Senior Account Manager & Director in developing and executing retail strategies that align with brand goals instore & online.
+ Support the planning and implementation of promotional programs, product launches, and retail activations instore & online includes sku setup process.
+ Manage the coordination of new product launches, working closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Education, etc) to ensure timely execution and robust 360 plans.

+ Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams, ensuring that account-specific needs are met across the business.

Retail Partner Support:

+ Support the creation of retailer presentations and marketing materials.
+ Work with retail partners to ensure proper execution of promotional calendars, merchandising strategies, and inventory management instore & online.
+ Coordinate with retail teams on product visibility and digital strategy to optimize both in-store and online sales channels.
+ Support P&L management by owning billing and invoicing processes.
+ Own internal creative process including PDPs and other marketing materials.
+ Track and evaluate retailer promotional activities, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
+ Gather market data, competitor insights, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement to ensure that the brand remains competitive in the beauty marketplace.

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Dermalogica is seeking a strategic, Sephora-savvy Omnichannel Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives across Sephora US, with an emphasis on creating connected consumer experiences that span digital, in-store, app, and sampling channels. This role will partner closely with internal cross-functional teams and Sephora-s merchant, marketing, and media teams to maximize brand visibility, elevate storytelling, and drive conversion across every shopper touchpoint.
The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of experience in omnichannel/digital marketing, retail strategy, or digital brand activation-preferably within the prestige beauty industry and with a deep understanding of Sephora-s platforms and priorities.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Omnichannel Strategy & Integration**
+ Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across Sephora.com, Sephora app, Beauty Insider CRM/email, sampling, and in-store environments.
+ Partner with Sephora-s marketing and merchant teams to secure campaign inclusion in tentpole moments (e.g. Beauty Insider Savings Events, Skincare Promotions, Accelerate program).
+ Align messaging and asset delivery with internal Trade Marketing, Retail, and Creative teams to ensure consistent, cohesive storytelling across all channels.
+ Identify and activate new omnichannel levers such as Same-Day Delivery, BOPIS, and Auto-Replenishment to drive ease and loyalty among shoppers.
+ Tailor activations to Sephora-s core pillars, including Clean at Sephora, Beauty Insider personalization, and inclusive representation.
**Campaign Execution & Asset Development**
+ Own the Sephora marketing calendar, managing timelines, asset needs, and campaign briefing processes across internal and external teams.
+ Brief creative teams on asset needs for retailer dotcom, app, social, email, and in-store. Ensure asset delivery meets Sephora specs and campaign objectives.
+ Collaborate with the Education and PR teams to activate sampling, GWPs, and Deluxe Try Me programs, leveraging them to drive trial and discovery both online and in store.
+ Support all major launches and brand moments by optimizing PDP content, paid media, and SEO performance.
+ Performance Tracking & Competitive Monitoring
+ Monitor and analyze campaign results across digital and in-store KPIs: sales, traffic, category rank, Beauty Insider engagement, and conversion.
+ Deliver post-campaign recaps with learnings and next steps for continued improvement.
+ Benchmark performance and identify whitespace by regularly analyzing competitive brand activity within Sephora-s ecosystem.
+ Track and share key Sephora innovation pilots (e.g. sampling technology, digital skin diagnostics, live shopping) for future strategic integration.
**Retailer Experience & Merchandising**
+ Partner with Sephora's visual and digital merchandising teams to maintain and elevate the brand boutique, ensuring brand DNA is reflected both online and in store.
+ Manage product set-ups and maintain accuracy of copy, pricing, visuals, and SEO tags across Sephora.com and app.
+ Own forecasting and logistics for no-cost items, sampling programs, and gift-with-purchase campaigns.

This role requires a unique person - someone who is skilled at Sales Planning, stakeholder management & sales analytics.
This role supports in the preparation of net and retail sales planning, forecasting and tracking together with the associated reporting across the relevant brands and channels to drive achievement of net and retail sales goals.

+ Overlay retail and net sales trends to identify any stock builds/de-stocks
+ Monitor Stock On Hand and Months of Cover each month to identify any risks or opportunities to net sales forecasts
+ Collaborate and liaise with Key Account Managers, Brand Marketing teams and retailers to drive net sales, improve forecast accuracy and build effectiveness across sales planning and reporting for the Affiliate
Retail Sales Reporting
+ Support with releasing weekly and monthly retail reporting to the Affiliates across brands and channels
+ Build the retail sales forecast for clusters by brands, channel and door
+ Prepare monthly retail sales presentations for the purpose of Brand and Retail assessment of channel and category performance
+ Track and report on key retail moments including GWP across channels nationally
+ Manage GWP allocations with retail partners to ensure stakeholder alignent
+ Prepare the yearly tester budgets by brand by door and provide to retail field team.
+ Partner with Brands, National Retail Manager and Key Account Managers to develop key retail sales targets and activities, as aligned to Brand and Channel strategies. This includes monthly/annual sales target data for the relevant doors (FSS, DS etc)
Retailer Support
+ Build relationships and maintain constant contact with key retailer's buyers and planners in relation to order planning/processing and any stock related issues/opportunities.
General
+ Stakeholder management (Retailers, Brand, Demand Planning, Order Management, FP+A)
+ Assist with preparation of sales data in presentations e.g. retailer meetings, international visitors, and brand meetings.
+ Co-ordinate relevant information and participate in executing Conferences and International visitors pertaining to Sales.
