Job Description

The Fractional Marketing Consultant is a newly created requirement that is key in helping the US team succeed and enable the Company to grow and develop. TympaHealth has a robust and established brand in the UK.

We are looking for a hands-on and creative Fractional Marketing support to drive our US-focused marketing efforts based on the existing brand. This is ideal for a self-starter with experience in healthcare, med-tech, or B2B/B2C marketing who thrives on executing across multiple marketing disciplines in a lean, agile environment. You will collaborate closely with our leadership team to iterate value propositions, enhance our digital presence and craft compelling content and tools that resonate with both clinical and consumer audiences.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Messaging refinement: Iterate value propositions for the US market across different customer segments (clinicians, healthcare systems, consumers).
  • Tool creation: Update existing and create new tools with consistent and compelling messaging across all channels. Design and refine sales collateral, one-pagers, slide decks, and patient-facing materials. Create tools that support the sales process and educate potential users.
  • Website Optimization: Conduct a strategic review of the US-facing website pages. Recommend and implement updates to improve clarity, conversion and user experience. Collaborate with web developers and UK marketing team as needed. Define effective Search Engine Optimization strategy.
  • Social Media Management: Plan, create and schedule engaging content (LinkedIn, Twitter / X and other relevant platforms). Monitor performance and adjust strategy to increase reach and engagement.
  • Copywriting: Write and edit high-quality content for web, social, email, collateral and presentations. Create persuasive B2B and B2C messaging that aligns with our brand tone and value propositions.
  • Fractional Marketing Consultant will closely collaborate with US business unit and the marketing team based in the UK.
Your Profile
  • Experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, medtech or SaaS.
  • Business owner with Tax ID number.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fractional or consultancy role.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Experience and licenses with marketing design tool platforms.
  • Familiarity and licenses with social media platforms and tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva).
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C dynamics in a healthcare context.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
