About the Role
We are seeking a Civil Engineer – Land Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise in land development engineering and permitting, along with strong project coordination and team collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and permitting of civil engineering projects, including:
- Water distribution systems
- Sanitary sewer systems
- Stormwater management
- Paving, grading, and site layout/design
- Manage and assist a civil design team on multiple projects for large commercial clients nationwide.
- Coordinate effectively with internal team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, technical documentation, and permit applications as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in land development engineering and permitting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with other CADD tools.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Florida Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) License preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
