Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to provide hands-on engineering leadership that drives improved Developer Experience and Efficiencies, while proactively managing security and risk within our technology platforms. **In this role, you will:**
+ Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
+ Provide technical guidance to enhance developer experience and operational efficiency
+ Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
+ Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
+ Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures

**Required Qualifications:**
+ 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
+ 4+ years of experience designing, developing, and deploying secure, scalable software solutions
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
+ 4+ years of working knowledge with modern development tools, cloud platforms, and CI/CD practices

+ Experience contributing to developer enablement initiatives or platform modernization projects
